I ordered a 15” pizza and waited over 15 minutes, I tried to collect the pizza the man on the till asking me if i have paid for it, its normal when you order you pay and wait. I asked for some chilli sauce in the little pot and the man said he has run out, i asked for garlic sauce and he again said he has run out. The attitude was very bad and the service is below zero. Don’t buy or order pizza from here, pizza quality was not good at all because it was half cooked.
Don't know where to start really. The only thing was good was the friendly staff. Was passing by so i thougt let's get some good. Spend £27.50 on a family meal deal. It came with 3 chicken fillet buger, 10 pieces of chicken, 8 wings, 6 fries and coleslaw, 1.5l Pepsi.
We threw away all 3 chicken burger. The Buns were very cold and the chicken fillet was very old and chewy so we just couldn't eat it.
The 10 pieces of chicken was tasteless, the colour looked nice but it was not tasty at all. That's the only thing we just about at it with so much Ketchup and mayonise and other sauces.
The wings was full dark. Though it was burnt but it was the oil that hasn't been changed in months. Kids ate few and threw away the rest.
Coleslaw was given in a 2oz sauce pot so small nevertheless it was completely tasteless too, not nice at all.
They only had Pepsi 1.5l bottle nothing else. Since we don't drink Pepsi and it supports Israel we asked if we can have 3 or 4 other cans. He just said no even after explaining.
Everything was tasteless and some of it was cold. Would not recommend anyone to go there there. If you do make sure you get hot food. Was being nice and game 2* instead of 1.
I ordered 12 inches tikka pizza on just eat. What I got was pepperoni, tomato and peppers on my pizza. This is pathetic. Now I’m trying to contact them but no response. Don’t order from them
ordered and had to wait for my food to be made. brought it home to see the chicken was pink, bloody and raw. it was a leg piece so i thought it was that at first but it just wasn’t cooked at all.
Terrible asked for chicken breast as do not like legs but got 2 legs. Asked for large chips got 2 tiny portions with all hard bits.. Charged xtra for drink i did not get. This place was good before not sure why so bad now. We had to
call a delivery out once we got home as food was awful and we were left hungry Never going back there again.
Disgraceful food, if you can call it that. Its obvious they just re-heated very old food. Ordered a mixed grill, sheesh kebab, chops, chicken pieces were rock hard disguised with fresh onions sprinkled on top. Will never order from them again. Places like this should really be shut down so they can't fool the public.

But recently, I think I had the worst burger in my life
Chicken burger seem not cooked and frozen in the middle (honestly couldn't believe it) one bite was enough... to open the burger up and see it was unbelievable
Poor customer service, undercooked meat, day old meat. My first bad experience was the day old chicken and my second was when I ordered 1pc chicken and specified side breast and I received thigh, which was undercooked, soggy and hairy, when I went back and disputed this with the guy at the counter he told me that I should start going to kfc for my fried chicken as they'll actually care enough to do something
