Please Avoid this place, it deserves minus stars.
You know when you eat the food and you feel more sick and instantly regret eating it.
The food is not fresh, the place is just dirty, no hygeine, can't be bothered to clean the tables.,
How can you make chips and still have really awful ones inside the packet.
Prices have gone up, service is really bad like, they stand around on the phones and have that I can't be bothered attitude.
Really awful place.
Sign at the front is broken, its really run down and they just not making fresh good fried chicken.
Paid over £7 for 10 wings and chips and it tasted so bad and uncooked and just awful.
Please avoid this place, try chick city, or chesters or anywhere.
You will get better service.
They really can't be bothered to cook, give good customer service, or even be affordable or competitive in Tooting.
They know drunk people will wonder in near the station, why clean the tables. They are too busy on their phones, really awful place to sit and eat in.
£2.49 for 5 spicy chicken wings. £4.49 for two chicken pieces and 3 spicy wings. Food came quick and hot, the batter was crispy rather than soggy which is good. However, they only had 3 sauces which was disappointing, no burger sauce!
The most unfresh chicken wings I have ever eaten. I got 8 wings from them and the wings were extremely dry. They were definitely selling their batch from morning. I’ve had an upset stomach all day because of their food.
When in with my daughter and husband for food and saw a person clearly struggling to afford food to eat asking for a few wing just something to eat. The two assistants just ignored him and clearly didn’t have an ounce of decency! So we bought the guy some food .
When our meals came we sat inside to eat and as we were eating . Me and my daughter could clearly see one of the assistants hands remerging through the cooked chicken wings counter. He assistant was selecting a wing to eat without wearing gloves or using the tool. This happens a number of times I then decided to confront the guy as to how unhygienic his behaviour was and that he shouldn’t be touching the cooked food with his bare hands. I then proceeded to as for a full refund as I was not prepared to eat the food purchased due to what we had witnessed. The guy denied it completely and we said to him that there was no point of lying as I was prepared to take this further. He then owned up and said sorry.
I told him that sorry wouldn’t cut it and that I wanted a full refund and would not be eating the meals purchased .
With a little difficulty we were refunded.
IM WITTING THIS REVIEW TO WARNING OTHERS OF WHAT WE HAD WITNESSED AND THAT THIS PLACE ISN'T HYGIENIC . Would never go there again and encourage others to do the same . We’re not from Tooting area anyway but would never return to that establishment AGAIN !
We’ve been there a couple of times while our stay in London, and we had a great experience. We had no problem at communicating even tho we are Spanish. The service ir really good and the workers are really kind. Prices are great and the quality of the food is incredible. It was kind of our safe place there in London.
They didn't deliver it until 2.5 hours after I ordered it, so we had already bought other food. Hoping for a refund from Just Eat. The actual wraps themselves were barely edible. I'm not sure what meat is inside them but it doesn't appear to be chicken. Terrible.
So you see on the front of the shop the picture of two amazing double-cheeseburgers, for only £3!!! Wow, then you run inside, ask the very young staff members, a boy and a girl, to give you those burgers. They start teasing each other and laughing and stuff while making your order. Unprofessional. Then, you get your order.
Overcook meat, tasteless. Cheapest possible cheese. Burgers do not look at all like the picture, and taste nothing like burgers. My toddler can make a better burger at home if I give him the ingredients. At least the ingredients would be fresh.
Save your £3, go to mcdonalds and get three cheeseburgers. Trust me, do not buy this menu item, the two double-cheeseburgers for £3. I havent tried anything else so I cant say how their chicken is, but it is up to you to go try it. I would never go back.
Second visit to this shop. 1st time round was fine good service. 2nd time the burger over cooked and I could not eat it due to this reason. I went back to the shop within 3 minutes of leaving and the guy was nice enough to offer to make it again and put in the correct ingredients as they were wrong in the burger before which was good enough. However the 2 men started talking very rudely about me and that I had come back to change my burger. Really vulgar and classless comments they were making and they obviously did not think I understood the language they were speaking when I am in fact fluent in it. Enough said. Poor and unacceptable.
