Friggin delicious. I have the falafel pitta and it’s super tasty. I enjoy it a lot. Only complaint is they serve others around you , so it can be quite uncomfortable. You’re standing in the queue and they’re taking orders 2 -3 people behind whilst you’re waiting for yours,
But the food is really tasty. I think a little expensive, but I’d buy it for the odd treat. It’s great
Seriously worst falafel I’ve ever eat in London. I ordered mini peta falafel because I wanna try it first. Falafel cold as ice even though wide range of salad no taste nothing. Basically everything bread, falafel and tahini were cold with no flavours. Also, falafels were a bit dark green from the inside , super dry and definitely not soft. In my opinion it not fresh and been made in morning and served in the afternoon.

Can I just say the portion size for price is refreshing. Nowhere anymore can you get value for money. Even fast food is a rip off and full of rubbish.
The falafels was so nice I’ve never had any like these before. And the salad and pitta was all fresh and super tasty. The sauces were great too!
Can’t speak for non veg food but the falafels should be the main focus because they’re some of the best I’ve had!
The falafel is good, but when we were ordering falafel cup they gave us a choice of Tahini or Chilli Sauce, we then saw them give both sauces to other people who ordered the same later, also some of our orders they put only 4 falafels in some bags when there were meant to be 6. Beware if ordering large amounts.
RAW CHICKPEA-BROKE MY TOOTH ! I ordered a falafel sandwich which came with raw chickpea in it which split my tooth in half. Spent my Christmas morning at the emergency dental centre as a result. When I went to see the manager, her answer was “ what do you want me to do about it” I also asked for the falafel batch to be discarded and replaced and for customers to stop being served during that time. I was ignored and they carried on serving. I’m a 30 yr old healthy woman with perfect teeth, I still cannot believe this has happened and will be taking the matter further !

Overall the wraps are quite tasty, especially the chicken wraps however I have realized that some of the chicken parts are undercooked and close to raw when served. This is very dangerous considering the health and safety risks from eating raw chicken. It's sad to say but I won't be buying from there again.
