My 4 series is only a few years old, and I've taken it to Cheshire BM a few times now, for a repair, a service and a MOT. Great job, great communication & price each time.
My mini cooper s was overheating, I took it to another garage and they said that they thought that the head gasket was blown,they wanted £1500 to repair it! But I wasn't convinced. I thought that I would get a second opinion and came here, it was the water pump and radiator leaking and a few other things £670! I would definitely recommend them ,I'll be using them again!
Not sure why the reviews on here are so good. Had quite a bad experience with this garage, and our car actually came out worse than it went in and now have to get repairs costing around £1500 elsewhere. Generally bad communication also. Would strongly advise trying a different garage and not relying on Google reviews in this case.
Brought my BMW 3 Series 2008 in last week in which I have had multiple problems since owning for a year. Got the car back and it has never felt so good to drive! A lot of care has gone into the labour im sure & the results speak clearly! Will 100% be using their services again 10/10!
Absolute conmen. Went in for a diagnostic and noise problems, was told that it’s the dpf that’s causing all the issues and it will cost me 3k. Went for a second opinion elsewhere and Turns out it was a split in the turbo pipe that needed replacing £160 including labour. Avoid at all costs, extremely unprofessional I called to arrange a service and was told to call back in 1 hour as she didn’t want her food to get cold. Would give no stars if I could.
I have carried out most of my own repairs and servicing over the years on both modern and classic cars. As the years pass by I feel less inclined to do everything myself and need somewhere trustworthy to take the strain.
I have found Cheshire BM knowledgeable, reliable and approachable for all my needs. They have met the exacting standards required for modern vehicles and shown a sensible, classic friendly, approach for older cars.
I have no hesitation in recommending Cheshire BM as a BMW specialist and for working on other make.
I have used Cheshire BM for about 12 years and have never had cause to complain. We have six cars that are all serviced, MOT'd and repaired by Cheshire BM, two "moderns" and four classics. They do whatever work I ask them to, and offer suggestions on what may need working on in the future, they don't push for this additional work or force it on you, it's just friendly advice so you can prepare.
I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family - so much so my Dad bought a car through them.

I have used Cheshire BM for a number of years now and always find them to be honest & reliable. I remember when my under tray came off one day and I popped in to see if they could help me out. They quickly got under the car with some cable ties and fixed the under tray back on for me, no charge at all. I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.
