Definitely the best chemist there manager of the chemist habib(sorry if spelt wrong. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I couldn't get any correspondence from my own doctor and when called the chemist he gave me the best advice and best medication for me and within 24hrs felt so much better. He's helped me over the past year going to this chemist and will continue. Helps you more than the doctors this chemist 10/10 from me thank you X
Had a wonderful chemist carry my feeds (Im fed through a feeding tube), 2 boxes at a time, 8 litres per box, to my front door by hand. They are lovely at chemist cares and always happy to help even with difficult patients such as me.
Always late with prescription I’m suppose to get delivered every month and for past 4 months I had to ring them every time because they forget my tablets would not recommend.
I've been a regular customer at Chemist Cares for some time now, and I have to say that they really do live up to their name. The staff at this pharmacy are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to ensure that I get the care and support I need. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Ibrahim, who always treats me like a valued customer and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have.
Just wanted to leave a review after my recent visit into Chemist Cares as I have been regularly going to this chemist and every time they treat me with the best service, helping me with anything I need and making me feel comfortable with any requests I may have. They have got a long time customer in me. Keep up the good work
Update: used to be excellent not the same since Mike left. Staff used to be helpful but they won’t even “bother” the pharmacist with queries now. Change the goal posts and accepted practices without warning leaving ppl with no medication.
My local pharmacy and I would give them 10 stars if I could! The staff are all absolutely lovely. The pharmacist remembers your name, asks about your life and it really feels like a community resource in there.
Excellent pharmacy, always handled my prescription very well. Customer service was great all my additional questions were all answers thanks to the workers there. Would highly recommend this pharmacy.
After being to another pharmacy for an emergency prescription and failing, this pharmacy made sure to help sort my problem and helped me through every step to make sure I got the right prescription. All staff were so helpful and friendly :)
