Paddy at this pharmacy has been so helpful and supportive in dealing with the complexities of my 93 year old mother's prescription. I am very grateful for his kindness and compassion.
I am currently experiencing some health issues and the Springbank Cheltenham Pharmacy have been very supportive and helpful. Yet another prescription unavailable. When someone phones in and is told you will have it in MAKE SURE ITS IN. Just walked with a painful abscess to get my meds and the main one I needed isn’t there!
Going back I was prescribed the wrong meds while pregnant. Why I bother staying at this pharmacy surprises me. Not again.
I did give 1 star. However, I received a call from the pharmacy promptly after posting this review. They were offering to deliver the products I need as they had the missing stock replenished. Sadly…I still don’t feel as though this pharmacy is right. Nothing is ever there when I need it the most.
They always seem to have the prescription available unlike many other pharmacies around these days
I was so apprehensive changing chemist's but as I moved around the corner I would be saving on weekly taxi's, also allot of my prescription's were on weekly, fortnightly or monthly repeat, the team sorted everything out for me and I now have weekly trays, any problems and I'm called, brilliant service
