Popped in for a haddock and chips last night, fish was cooked fresh and they're very generous with the chips. Which were excellent by the way, mushy peas on point also. Will definitely be using this chippy again, enjoyed it and reasonably priced too. Plenty of space in the shop as well for wheelchairs etc...

I tried this place for the first time last night since they opened around a month ago?
The chips were lovely, proper good chippy chips! We also tried the haddock and battered sausage with mushy peas and curry sauce. Food was overall tasty but the sauces were quite watery so if the owners see this then please thicken your peas and curry! But overall the food was great. ( My family also tried the fish cake a few weeks ago and said it was lovely).
The prices are very reasonable as well.
The food temperature was great, steaming hot as it’s cooked fresh to order so you won’t have problems with cold food!
The workers were very friendly and the customer service was great.
I will be back! Also you guys need social media, make a Facebook page!
Thought we would try it as we usually go to waltham (better than wybers) and we were very happy! Fish was fresh and perfect size, chips were perfect and peas didn't disappoint. We will now become regulars!

10 minute drive home, all the food was still hot and bloody tasty. Will definitely be back! Fish was still crispy as well ???? daughter said the fish cake was banging
New chippy opened less than a year ago. Owner and staff most helpfull. Wish them every success.
Fancied a chippy tea and of the 2 local ones I knew one didn't take contactless so thought I'd give this new one a try (always try to pay cash but had not brought my purse out and only had contactless on my phone).
Food was bloody lovely, chips were on point (reminded me of my childhood for some reason) , portion sizes are good, prices are good.
All cooked to order which seems the norm nowadays so piping hot when unpacked at home. Thank you, will definitely be back
I like this place because the staff are really friendly, funny and welcoming. Really happy to have a decent fish and chip shop in Grimsby again!
