The food is fair enough, but the ridiculous over use of onions is baffling… every dish seems to come with 12 onions and never enough sauce!!! For the prices they charge, they need to do a lot better.
Ordered some lemon chicken, chow mein and 2 duck spring rolls but the spring rolls had hardly any duck and when I asked the rolls they just gave me back one, on top of that the container with the lemon chicken was broken and half the sauce leaked out and when I told them about that they just swapped the containers and didn't top it up. Also the prices are slowly creeping up. Used to be a really good Chinese, massive shame.
I have eaten there twice this year and both times I felt really ill afterwards, not food poisoning, lots of MSG and very unhealthy frozen and microwave food, yuck, all microwave in 10 minit ,girk..
Do NOT order from here unless you like it very salty or oily and tasteless. I ordered veg singapore noodles, i wanted to tasted incase i wanted to order an extra portion, it too salty i could taste anything but salt. My friend asked them to add extra noodles to try and fix it (they did nt offer, even though i told them i could not eat it) They added egg noodles to it, so they no tast but oil. Go somewhere else.
After telling us they prefer not to deliver but for us to come and pick it up, they mixed up my king prawn fried rice with a king prawn chow mien. I called them about it and they finally agreed to re-deliver. Upon the guy knocking on our door, he asked for the previous order back which would be reasonable BUT absolutely unhygienic!!! I was after a 12 hour shift at that point, not having eaten for hours so I took a few bites out of the wrong dish as they hadn’t even give me an estimate time for re-delivery nor stated that they will be taking the order back.
The delivery man did not speak to English which resulted in me getting shouted at over the phone by the guy that was at the takeaway.
The delivery man then rudely just walked off.
Most aggravating fact is that I am now stuck with a food poisoning from a dish I didn’t even order and did not receive a refund!
Furious.
One of them places it is either good or very bad. Salt and pepper chicken not very crispy or tasty. Sweet and sour pork very poor but the rest was not that bad. Could have been hotter.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!
Placed an order over the phone and was told it would be 40 minutes. I phoned up and asked where the delivery was after an hours wait to be told the driver couldn’t come to my house because he was a new driver, bearing in mind I had ordered from the the week before.
The man on the end of the phone then proceeded to say “I don’t care if I don’t hear from you again” when I told him how disappointed I was that they didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know they decided to cancel my order.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Always delicious and very fast delivery. The best Chinese food locally, for sure. Thank you.
