Amazing Deli Great Service, Did an awesome cheese tower for our wedding 10years ago.
Brilliant in every way - good quality produce, always a warm, friendly welcome and customer service second to none. A real asset to Little Common village.
This is an amazing place. Julie knows her customers by their first names (she remembered me even when I returned for the first time after more than a year). A good selection of delicious, healthy pies and pasties made by hand on site. Food allergies and tolerances extremely well catered for - this delicatessen is a heaven if you're a coeliac or need to avoid wheat. I sometimes order a nut roast, which they make specially with ingredients I can tolerate/like, e.g., they'll leave out those pesky onions on request. Absolutely delicious!
Wow first visit...amazing place, pastries are in abundance, with such an amazing choice of fillings, I opted for the steak'n kidney pie & a half portion of sausage roll, its packed to the brim with the most tastiest meat I have tasted in a long time..plus the most buttery lightest pastry, unbelievable! Its so difficult nowadays to find good quality food cooked by someone independent..
We have been shopping here for many many years. Knowledge of Cheese if phenomenal, Julie, the owner, and Li are delightful, kind, helpful and care about their customers.
The home cooked goodies are delusions, the cheese exceptional and they have an excellent array of store cupboard goodies (staples and luxuries!) Highly recommended????????
If you love cheese then this is the place for you with a massive choice and they don't mind you trying some beefier you buy.
Now this deli has been in family ownership for many years and they bake cakes, savouries and pies every day and they are delicious!

I've just moved to Little Common & can't believe my luck in having this fantastic Delicatessen on my doorstep. The quality of the goods on sale is truly excellent, fantastic home made bread, pastries, pies etc. An excellent selection of cold meat & the cheese on offer is a revelation. Julie the owner is a 'Maitre Fromagiere' she earned this qualification in France when there were only a handful of people in the UK similarly qualified. Great friendly & knowledgeable service from Julie & her colleague. If you are a foodie do yourself a favour & visit this lovely shop!
There is honestly no other place where you can actually get home-made pastries and expert advice of all manner or cheeses, chutneys and meats. Julie has been doing this for decades, and that sort of knowledge cannot be understated. Outstanding service and wonderful people.
