Best KPortal Reviews

I had a massive mess up with my gp and the man that helped me was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and ended up making sure I got the correct treatment which was incorrectly prescribed to me. Great service and I highly recommend this pharmacy.
The most unprofessional pharmacy in Canterbury!!
I had an extremely negative experience at a pharmacy that I consider to be highly unprofessional.
Typically, I would pick up my prescription on Tuesdays. However, there was one week when I was delayed and had to collect it on a Thursday. The following week, when I returned on Tuesday, I encountered a pharmacy employee named "Iona" who refused to give me my prescription. She began questioning me in a condescending manner. I calmly explained the situation, emphasizing that if the doctor had prescribed the medication, it must be necessary, as she is neither a doctor nor familiar with my medical history. Unfortunately, my response did not sit well with her. She took it upon herself to contact my doctor, requesting that future prescriptions not be sent to their pharmacy, and she even fabricated a story about me purchasing other medications from their store. Consequently, I was banned from the store. Banned for picking up my prescription on the wrong day!!
Furthermore, the pharmacy consistently opens late and fails to answer their phone. I have found myself waiting inside the store, hoping to be served, while the staff members simply chat amongst themselves without attending to customers.
Rude pharmacy, save yourself the hassle and use another one, waste of money too!
They charge double for a product!
Shop anywhere else.
I will NOT be using this Chemist again.
Terrible customer service from the older woman at the till followed by the girl who gave me my flu jab.
When I initially walked in I was wearing a face mask exemption lanyard. The older woman at the till interrupted me to tell me to put a mask on, so I held the lanyard up and said I was exempt. She walked to the back of the pharmacy to collect my lateral flow tests that I was also picking up, she shouted back at me again that I needed to wear a mask for my flu jab. I said AGAIN that I’m exempt, I cannot wear a mask but if she had a viser/faceshield I was happy to wear one. She didn't respond to me and just looked at her colleague who muttered something under her breath.
The girl then came to the till and spoke to me like I was a child. Telling me I was 20 minutes early for my flu jab and that she cannot give it to me earlier as she had another customer due in 10minutes. It wasn't clear to me why she couldn't administer the jab earlier as they are 10minute appointments and there was nobody else in the chemist, but at this point my partner and I felt angered by their rude attitudes towards me so we left.
When I returned I was handed a face shield, jabbed and went on my way within 5minutes despite the shop being busy at this time.
In a pharmacy setting it's important to feel comfortable but I didn't feel at ease at all.
Considering this is a medical environment I would expect them to be more considerate of customers with hidden disabilities.
It's clear from all the bad reviews that the staff have absolutely no customer service skills. I’m sure there are plenty of helpful, friendly, professional people who could do their jobs better.
They are utterly appalling.
Ever since new ownership this chemist is awful. They often just ignore you for ages while you wait at the counter then constantly fail to put prescriptions in for you on time. They never communicate to resolve these constant problems or try to make any pleasant contact with their valuable customers.
I was happily supporting this as my local pharmacy for years as it was friendly and convenient but due to the rude attitude of the new staff can no longer do so.

I always try to shop in local businesses rather than chains or supermarkets, but this place is a lost cause. I've tried to purchase over-the-counter medications here on three separate occasions and they never seem to have anything in stock, or know when they will have it back in stock. The staff are rude, you don't even get a "sorry", just, "No, we don't have that".
These kind of businesses don't just squander their own good will, but also make life harder for small businesses everywhere by driving people back to big chains.
Pharmacist so rude to me asking me what I want painkillers for when they are Omer the counter ( I have a flu type cold ) made to feel like a criminal. Recently moved here won’t use this place again
served by an older woman who asked in front of everyone what i needed antibiotics for, simply dehumanising and humiliating considering there were other customers around. didn’t exactly want a bunch of strangers to know something personal about my health. disgusting and unprofessional to do that.
