I recently visited this pharmacy after hearing about their change in management, and I couldn't be more impressed with the improvements. The It's evident that they are dedicated to providing top-notch service to their customers, well experienced and knowledgeable staff and excellent services.
Under the new management team, the pharmacy has undergone a remarkable transformation. Not only is the service excellent, but the ambiance is also welcoming, and the cleanliness is impeccable.
I appreciate the wide range of products available, and the pricing is competitive. The addition of executive services, such as services like home delivery or personalized consultations,further demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Kuldeep and his pharmacy to anyone in need of pharmaceutical services. The positive changes since the new management took over have made it my go-to pharmacy, and I'm confident others will have similarly positive experiences.

This pharmacy has just been taken over by a new owner and the improvement in service can be both seen and felt. I had a prescription and it was dispensed in a timely manner despite how busy they were. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable plus the pharmacist gave me great advice about taking my new medication. Would 100% use this pharmacy again.

We recently changed to this pharmacy and immediately I'm so very impressed with their service. We live remotely and their delivery service was exceptional and nothing was to much trouble thank you very much
Great pharmacy. Had everything I needed and pharmacist was really nice. I’ve requested that my regular prescriptions from my GP come here from now on.
I might appear to be the 'odd one out' judging by the reviews here, but I have never had a problem with either the service/people or the availability of my prescription/s...the staff are professional and workmanlike but this shouldn't be confused with rudeness or unfriendliness. However this review, as with all the others, is garnered from personal experience.

Had enough of this Chemist! on 3 seperate occasions they haven't had the medication needed which was ordered in plenty of time and before I ran out. They never let you know they don't have meds in stock until you turn up to collect. Despite my GP telling me the Pharmacy are permitted to give alternatives, they refused to do this, said it was Head Office who make the rules. Well actually, it isn't!!. Told me that some of my meds were out of stock because of manufacturing issues. Went to Boots, got them the next day!! This was a bog standard beta-blocker!! Never using them again. The GP surgery have had so many complaints about them they've advised me to change to a different pharmacy which I have now done and make a formal complaint to NHS England. The two members of staff I spoke with just did not care.
Student friendly environment and stock under the new management. Would highly recommend.
