Wouldn’t recommend the expensive salad boxes, very small portion and over priced for what you get. Smallest bit of chicken and salad, they should add pasta salad or potato salad to make it a more substantial meal or provide you with some bread. For what I paid I was still hungry.
I love the food they serve here, it's more than worth the price. It can get very busy, especially around lunch time, so service can be quite slow but I suppose that happens when you make sandwiches from scratch.
My favourite is the hot pork and stuffing baps absolutely mega.
Well produced food, and pies, not the cheapest,but good quality.
Good place to visit next to the Local Co op
Called in last week and a lovely lady prepared me a bap then when I asked if she could sell me a couple of slices of the meat separately for the dog, she duly obliged and didn't even charge me. Wonderful. Fast forward to today and same thing but a young girl serving. I asked for a beef bap with onions and mushrooms. No stuffing. She then started to butter the bap and added stuffing. I told her I didn't want the stuffing and she offered to take it off. I said no you might as well leave it on. I then asked if she could sell me a couple of slices of meat for the dog. She said no so I asked if she could just ask a more senior member of staff. She then said to another lady 'I can't sell the meat without a bap can I?' Talk about a leading negative question. The other staff member said no it has to be on a bap. I was astonished at how poor the service was. Seems like a generation thing to me but I suggest customer service training would be money well spent as I wont be going back and I left the bap on the counter and cancelled the order and will tell many people about this negative experience!
They get busy as they make good food/products
& I can understand if they feel tired after the days & weeks of providing good customer service. As it can be busy as the food quality is good.
So have a bit of patience & understanding
