I had good experience in the past but recently they changed receptionists and for the love of god they are SO RUDE. I've been nothing but nice and the attitude one of them was giving me was just disgusting. One of them told me off for booking two doctor appointments in one day (where we all know you can bring two problems at one appointment! And becuase of a mistake from one doctor from this surgery and him not listening I suffer many health issues now, hence two appointments! Both didn't even last the full 20 minutes they should). I also work on reception and I am not giving attitude to people for no reason. A person is nice and I will be nice back. Just because they hate their lives doesn't mean they can take it on people.
Rang up today and explained I needed blood test results email as I had already gone up to doctors for a print out and was given the wrong information, waiting 4 hours still no email, just rang up to explain and Donna picked up the phone and was very condescending told me I should have took the person's name. There's nothing she can do in a very sarcastic way/ voice . Thank you bye, it's people like this that completely let down all the hard work the practice have made and puts them back to square one ! This is a service for the public health and your treated like scum and an inconvenience . To be spoke to like that is cruel she has no idea what I'm going through.she clearly got a power kick out of it , I know most of the receptionist and they are actually really nice people this Donna feels to me to have a bully temperament. Literally no empathy. Even if she couldn't help me she could have said I'm so sorry. Ring back tomorrow. See what you can do .
The doctors here are great especially kulendran. However, the receptionist are rude. As you arrive they continue having their conversations and pretend like they don’t see you.
The lovely practice manager is so so helpful and so are all the lovely reception staff who all bend over backwards to help and Dr Briandi really cares and try’s so hard to listen and really cares Caroline is lovely too.
Cannot thank you enough for all your help and support. Husband medical form, daughters appointments and Nurse check ups - all sorted with success. Your emails address for repeat prescriptions have always worked and never disappointed. Patient Access online system that you are using - great and efficient, even - sometimes - for next days appointment. Great team, hard working and dedicated GP - Dr Kulendran.
Moved to this surgery recently. I have been most impressed with the level of professionalism and care provided by the reception staff, nurses and doctors. I had a medical issue this morning and Mandy went the extra mile to get me an appointment as soon as possible. I am really grateful and thankful to all the staff at chase Cross. Thank you!
Dr Bri is a very good asset to the surgery.she is very understanding and let's you explain things without rushing the appointment.
The receptionists deserve a mention too particularly Mandy Jane and Shana who are always very helpful.
I've been dealing with Dr Piramila for the past few months and she's amazing as is Dr Kulendran; I can't comment on other doctors at the practice as haven't dealt with any of them but the nurse is also lovely. Both doctors are so approachable and not afraid to refer like so many other surgeries and always phone with tests results where needed. Receptionists are also very approachable - cannot fault them - thank you ????
