I can only give an honest review.
I have seen many reviews of persons car who have been seized by the police and yes if you were met in the wrong even if you forgot to renew your insurance etc it is not Charles Wilson’s fault.
In life we all go through things and its a first time for everything. It was my first time being engaged with police on any road in any country and in history first time for my vehicle seized and honestly i’m not ashamed of it, i just had to do what i had to do to fix this problem the right way.
The guy at the front desk at Charles Wilson he was very respectable and everyone else in the company even to the gentleman that brought out my car was a great person. For the people that reviewed about this company being disrespected, I can only speak for myself, i was never disrespected from the time I walked in the building. If you give respect, you earn respect. Coming from a family and a respectable one and a daughter of the former chief minister Samuel Harvey of the Turks and Caicos Islands all we know is respect.
I would like to say a job well done to Charles Wilson thank you for a great service you have provided to me today, you are only doing your job as expected.

We bought a car with Charles Wilson some time ago but wanted to leave some time before reviewing to ensure all was OK. Amanda was fantastic and really helpful. We got a great deal on a car to bring back to Ireland. She knew everything we needed to do to sort out the VRT in Ireland. It took a while for my sister to actually start driving the car but after some months now there have been absolutely no issues with it. Great car at a great price
Chas Wilson recovered my vehicle after it had been stolen by thieves and was required to be inspected by forensics. Unfortunately the car would not start with the spare key and they went the extra mile in trying to identify the problem and find a resolution, which was over and above their responsibility. I am extremely grateful for such a high standard of service which helped me greatly through the difficult and unpleasant experience of vehicle theft.

I have purchased around 4 cars from Charles Wilson's - directly or indirectly. I have always found the customer service excellent, and the deals offered highly competitive. The staff have an all round excellent knowledge of the motor industry and I believe they are also a trusted supplier and service Greater Manchester Police - I think that says it all!
my car went to this recovery yard and car came back more damaged than when it went in and they are not accepting liability. these guys are a big liability!!
stay away from any of their services! go elsewhere and save your money because these cowboys will rip you off.

Yeah this place is effective and efficient. Couple of proper geezers running the gaff. Showroom was a bit empty, not sure if cos of covid or if its just a front for a major cocaine operation. Access isn't great for large vehicles. On the whole though sound fellas who got the job done swiftly
