I had my Mercedes E350 serviced at this garage and all I can say is that the experience was exceptional. The price was very good and the lads who did the car explained all I needed to know in relation to the work carried out. I have never had service like this in any garage and cannot fault them. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you chaps and will definitely return.
I can honestly say this is the best experience I have had from any garage, from start to finish. Firstly, Kate being incredibly helpful and friendly on the phone (makes a massive difference when you’re concerned about getting your car fixed). They gave me a quote for a new starter motor within half hour and I was booked in for the next day! … So informative every step of the way with what was needed, why it was needed and what they could offer (I needed a new battery too but they rang to ask what I wanted to do and gave me a quote if I did want to go with them). On top of all of this, their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this garage to everyone and I will be doing so to family and friends, and back myself for MOTs. Thank you very much! :)
Hands down the best garage in Cwmbran. The owners have a plethora of experience and always find the time to share their knowledge and explain the issue and options for repair. Always fairly priced and as a local engineer in a different field, this is my go to shop
10 out 10 and beyond! Had a major issue with my car earlier this year where the power went and the car eventually cut out entirely and would refuse to turn on. The fault turned out to be an issue with the Turbo and these guys were amazing at advising me to what the fault was and could be, what my options were and keeping me informed at every stage where other parts were needed. Really helped me after months of going through the mill with other garages and did it at an incredible reasonable price. Cannot recommend them enough and massively grateful for their help and service!
Jaguar XF 3.0 Diesel inlet manifold cracked. This garage ordered genuine Jaguar part and fitted with no problems. Showed me the failed manifold. I was informed of progress throughout repair. First class service and I recommend their services without hesitation.

10 out of 10! Went here after getting my car diagnosed down to a timing chain and the moment one of the guys showed me a complete diagram of how the chain works and what I would need I knew they would be spot on???? payed £659 for the new timing chain, oil and filter + labour which seemed expensive at first but after ringing a few other garages and getting quoted £1000+ I knew it was a fair price! Lady on the front desk was very helpful as well! Definitely my go to place from now on:)
