Marvellous practice, always manage to fit you in somehow if it is urgent, reminders for routine appointments and really lovely staff. NHS dentists are becoming an endangered species and I consider us lucky to have the services available at this one. Thorough and professional, cannot fault them.
I really appreciate the friendly and efficient service provided by this practice. It's great that they give me a call before my appointment, as I can be a bit disorganized at times. During my appointments, I have the chance to discuss my requirements and determine the best treatment for me, all while enjoying a bit of friendly conversation. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this practice.
Super helpful people. Went out of their way to fit me in for an emergency. Sorted me out, checked everything and prescription all sorted in the same morning.

Great experience from booking to treatment. A helpful phone call reminder the day before; timely appointment and excellent dentistry from Jack ably supported by the efficient dental nurse (sorry I didn’t find out her name).
I have a terrible fear of dentists but had to pluck up courage when I began to suffer from toothache. Mary Paul was wonderful - she immediately put me at ease and didn’t make me feel silly for being afraid. I am still very afraid but go regularly as she has helped me enormously.

I had a piece of tooth broke away yesterday. This morning I called the practice and explained what had happened, I was given an appointment for 10.50. I received a warm welcome at reception, Christine talked me through my treatment and had my tooth repaired in no time. Very impressed with everything about the whole experience, friendly fast efficient service. ????. Big thank you to all at chandler's Lane, brilliant.
Fantastic Dental practice, very friendly and professional my Dentist Jack is brilliant and helped me overcome my fear of visiting the dentist, all the staff from the reception to the Doctors seem to go above and beyond to make you feel at ease and the fillings I've had done are perfect and you can't tell that they are there looks wise and the way they feel. 5 star professional practice would recommend.
