Avoid at all costs. From what I was told today this practise has nothing in place to assist disabled people if they have issues with the service/staff and want to raise or have to raise a complaint. Reception staff are rude, don't want to do their job, lazy and unprofessional. I had work done here a few years ago and just recently found out at my new dentist that I had work done on teeth that I was never made aware of or agreed to while I was at this practise and undergoing treatment. Tried to raise the issue and get it looked into but the women on the phone told me she doesn't take notes/details because she works 3-5 and I'm to call back next week or write in. I have a disability that effects me being able to write, when they were made aware of that they offered nothing to assist me in raising a complaint still and when asked for an email address, I was told they don't give out the email address. Took arguing with the staff for 15minutes to get them to take my details to pass on to the owner when he's back next week to deal with the issue.
I'm currently on UC as I'm doing a boot camp for HGV driving. I feel because of this I was treated differently. Exposed tooth with pain when hot or cold hits it. Chan told me it can't be fixed and will need to come out, one day. Not wanting to actually take it out. Tried to tell me to try sensodine toothpaste. I will be going to another dentist. The staff are also awful. Nobody smiles. Sad dentist sad people work there. The place should be shut down and his licence taken off him the charlatan. Horrible little Chinese man.
Great Dentist! Managed to get registered & appointment for my tooth id been having problems with. Receptionist was very accommodating & polite. Then went in and Mr Chan was super kind and welcoming listened to what had been going on with my tooth - Had a look over my teeth & gave me two solutions for the problem. Am very happy to be registered here and definitely will be recommending to family and friends.
Always had good customer service. Mr Chan previously removed one of my teeth and I was scared and he was really lovely and calming about it. His son is very professional also. Would highly recommend.
EXCELLENT: I took my ageing parents to this dental surgery. Dad is partially blind and has severe loss of hearing and Mum is in a wheel chair, therefore they are not the easiest patients to deal with. The treatment given to both Mum and Dad was first class. Mr E Chan is a first class, highly professional and kind dentist. The staff are amazing and supported Mum and Dad throughout both visits to the surgery. The kindness of the whole surgery is outstanding. Dad had a filling and Mum is really pleased with her new false teeth and they fitted first time. The professionalism at this surgery is outstanding. Hence I can honestly say this Dental Surgery is EXCELLENT.
My 13 year old son required 4 teeth removing. My Chan's bedside manner was awful. My son required 8 numbing injections. He was so aggressive that my son's mouth was bleeding even before starting on the teeth. He found the whole process very traumatic.
Very accommodating I signed my children up here, one needed a dentist appointment quickly and they were really flexible for us and got them in quickly. Building was nice and the staff very friendly.
Left for weeks with exposed nerve. Left with broken tooth and a front bridge partially hanging off. Won’t give appointment cause I had to move to benefits. Told would be contacted in few weeks.never contacted Ended in massive infection and A&E visit. Tried booking again yet to be fobbed off again. Will be filing for mal practice
