Second time trying it with the wifey - and again good food and service - although the management could train the staff better especially as they seem to always have youngsters serving so I don’t blame the kids.
Food is always great but a bit pricey I would say for Lozells. The deco is very fresh and stylish and decent range of food for a cafe breakfast place.
Both times we’ve been it’s always been busy and this time round I got a bit annoyed when food for other customers who ordered after us was coming before ours , therefore I had to enquire with the waitress at the counter. We’ve tried the English breakfast wrap with homemade sauce twice now and both times it’s pleased us. I went for the keema toastie which was flavourful and plenty but it was chicken keema which I guess should have been stated in the menu as meat would Jane been better. The teas are always aromatic and we went for pink tea although their Karak chai is also good to go for.
Great little place everything I had tasted was good, service was great too zero complaints. Not just a dessert place they do a breakfast menu too which I need to try one day. Will be visiting this again soon. I was told to try the pistachoo milkshake which wss a good decision.
Came here after dinner, lovely staff member - super helpful and polite, and went out of her way. She let us taste the chai before we had some. We ordered some chais and the biscoff ice cream pot. Chai was pretty good. The portion of ice cream was huge and so heavy!! And the layers of biscoff were way more than I thought they’d be. A much better version of a McFlurry - which is great cos we’re boycotting right?? Decor was clean and the time we went wasn’t rowdy and it was just a pleasant nice place to go.

Was recommended by a friend. Its was very nice. Staff were very friendly, the place was very tidy and clean. We had full English breakfast. Plus keema tostie. They were all very nice.
Ordered food online for the first time. Chai was fine although not karak. The Samosa Chaat was just about ok. The egg on desi breakfast was half uncooked and soggy. The parante where not cooked at all. Dissapointed for a restuarant that took an hour to prepare the food it was awful. Will not be ordering from here again. I read alot of negative comments before ordering and decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and order. I read all the comments on Chaiwala not being up to scratch. Ive never had any issues with Chaiwala but this was awful. Pics attached. Ill stick to chai wala.

Really good customer service. Chai was fresh. The young lady at the counter happily added the cinnamon stick free of charge.
Shop was clean and well maintained.
Went for breakfast with friends and my little girl, waiting staff were very attentive ❤️ food was delicious, and reasonably priced We will definitely be going back!
