Food is good and warm but delayed service. Doesn’t know even bother to do it faster. If you go two or more ppl they will serve one of you with food and have to wait a bit to get food for others ????.
Went several times. The worst part is pls calculate your order properly, they intend to charge more than you order. Yesterday they charged 5 pounds more than actual rate . First I paid from my bank but was a bit confused ????
Then I along with my friend came up to request the server to check the bill, she was irritated n calculated the bill. After several confusion and arguments she was convinced that she charged 5 pounds extra n gave the cash back. Unfortunately I’ve excused to her for rechecking the bill, but she was never sorry or not even felt that she made mistake. No regrets!!! (Just 18 pounds order she made 23?)
Mistake can happen but need to accept it otherwise it seems to be intentionally…. Isn’t it?

Great small spot to go grab a karak chai and donuts or whatever you fancy. My favourite is the donuts, they're really soft and chocolatey and well priced for a box of 6. Staff are lovely and accommodating. Definitely will recommend.
Very good service. Staff are very friendly, the desserts are really nice aswell are milkshakes and other stuff on the menu. I recommend this place to everyone who is in the area come down and check out the huge variety of desserts.
This shop used to be good. Don't know what's happened within months but we just went in. The cakes on display look months old. The donut we ordered wasn't freshly made. Didn't taste good at all. When it first opened the food was so fresh...how quickly its gone down hill ????

The cakes don't last 2 months even refrigerated! None of them even looked appetising even if they are only display cakes..they look like they've sat there for months...the old school cake had no color in it whatsoever....please don't tell a Baker how long cakes last refrigerated because it certainly isn't 2 months lol..as for the donuts - they wasn't freshly made..I don't give bad reviews just for the fun of it..I give honest reviews so people don't feel disappointed..we could tell those donuts weren't freshly made...as for the shop and quality of food gone down hill...it really has..I used the shop several times when you opened..I can already tell the difference in quality..
Ordered a box of 12 donuts and clearly told the flavours i wanted, but when i got them after a wait of 10 minutes, few of them were completely different flavour, upon asking the lady said she didn't even have the flavours mentioned with her on the slip. Not only that, the donuts were totally cold lotus one had no lotus spread just chocolate with lotus biscuits crushed. All cold & with barely any toppings, was so disappointing as it wasn't the first time we tried their donuts, they used to be good but so much disappointment on an order of 12 pounds.
I came in with my family and come in quite regularly now. Desserts are nice, especially the doughnuts and the milk cakes. Customer service is good and quick. Very nice atmosphere and the aunty at the back of the till is really nice. I would definitely recommend going to this chacha chai branch in walsall
