Flavour was there but food was served cold. Soft drink cans were warm. No juices available with kids meal. Staff just didn't seem interested in making sure experience met customers expectations.
Exceptional service and very very very tasty food, Best thing about Cha Cha Chai's in Halifax is the manager Jerry who is always very welcoming and top of the range hospitality/customer service. I would highly recommend this place as it has a large variety of options on the menu and something they can tailor to your needs
Pro’s: free street parking right outside, good variety of breakfast and lunch items, always clean, halal and vegetarian food available
Con’s: will take average 30min for food to arrive, 2/4 orders were wrong, plastic cutlery, very understaffed, intense atmosphere - need to play some music, bad seating plan for the area, staff not always very friendly
This little gem is the best chai place I've been to. The desi breakfast was amazing as was the service. If you've not been you definitely need to give this place a try.
Clearly wrote in capital letters NO SAUCE for a reason cause i got allergies but they still go ahead and put sauce on . PATHETIC

Rang in to speak to manager, absolutely disgusting attitude cant even speak proper english and worst part is doesn't know how to speak to customers.
Spoke to me in a violent manner saying "well you should rang in and told staff about allergies" ??? Read the goddam receipt !! How about that !! The comment section is there for a reason. Will not be using this place again and will definitely be reporting to trading standards
I had pink tea from here and it was very good taste. Overall a good experience. For a casual sitting with friends its a good place and prices are economical too.
If any of the cha cha chai workers read this please ask the person who makes your paninis to stop throwing food together and stuffing it in the box like a present being wrapped up but the box is wrapping paper. It’s a constant gamble ordering from here not knowing wether the food is going to be right or wrong, it’s either perfectly toasted and put together right in the box, or it’s overly toasted, like genuinely unbiteable, and the inside of my paninis are falling all over my chips.
Ordered food from you first time and last time it arrived cold and the bread was hard cause it felt like it was re heated up and sent out, the chaat was nothing but discusting so bland some need to re think about the chaat if I was a the boss to this place I’ll be ashamed I think you lot should only stick to the teas nothing else cause your ruin the the name of the place chicken toast wasn’t nice no flavour or texture to it only thing was warm in this order was the egg muffin sausage I’m never goner order from this place again just to horrible makes me feel sick
