I just wanted to say so many thanks for your excellent service and care with the complex medication for my mother. Every time I come in you instantly know who we are and what we need, and treat us with much kindness as well as efficiency. It is so appreciated by all of us at a difficult time.
15/1/24...The delivery service used to be excellent. Helpful and obliging.
It seems to have failed these last two months. They seem not to know when deliveries are out, or returned when the occupier is not there to receive the items. Or not collected. The tracking system seems broken. Not satisfactory at all. Needs to do better.
Not a good experience. Went to collect a prescription on the day and time instructed and after 10+ mins of looking for it was told that they didn't have my prescription. I told them that I had delivered it by hand myself.After another wait, it was eventually found, but it had not been processed. I was told that someone would deliver it to my house the next day. Next day, no delivery. Ended up having to go and get it myself the day after
I have been going to this pharmacy for around 16 months now , I find the staff really helpful and nice , they are always really busy as most pharmacies are ! But they have time to talk and advise you on the best care for you , overall I find it a pleasant experience not like a few pharmacies I have been to ,keep up the good work.
Have used Centre Pharmacy for the last four years, have always been really helpful with nothing being to much trouble.
As someone else has mentioned, they are willing to sort out surgery/Doctors mistakes and do everything in their power to ensure prescriptions are fulfilled.

Centre Pharmacy is one of the best Pharmacies in the area. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If you can't find what your looking for the ladies are always there to advise you and give recommendations. The pharmacy staff are always interested in how your feeling and check up on patients progress making you feel welcome and supported. If there has been any issues with your prescription they can advise you what to do and help to sort out problems if they can. They also have a good delivery service so if you haven't been able to collect your prescription they will bring it out to your home. I can't recommend Centre Pharmacy highly enough.
Always the best customer service I am in there regularly and they always look after me!! They go out of their way to make sure I get my meds on time and are always so happy and friendly. They really do cheer you up when you go in! ❤️❤️
The receptionist is rude and arrogant. They never have the correct inhalers and always give a weaker dosage than required and advised to take double the puffs which obviously makes the inhaler run out quicker, but then has the cheek to make a comment the next time round that i seem to be going through inhalers quickly and should go back to the GP?
