Dentist needed to take a tooth out and proceeded to yank away at it with his tools. 25 minutes later he only then decides he needs to break it first then leaves the bottom half in (cracked) and it's been weeks. It still bleeds whenever I smile or tense that half of my mouth and I end up spitting up a considerable amount of blood. He referred me to a place far, far away from me but he left me with a bad abscess so I wasn't even able to attend as I know they would have turned me away. He literally spent this time trying to rip the tooth out of my mouth as hard as possible. Worst experience by far. If you don't have the skills to remove a tooth you shouldn't be a dentist. Shame on the practice for hiring such staff. Not happy. You shouldn't need to refer just about everyone you work on to another practice. What are we actually paying for??
Crude, Impatient dentist that does not seem to like people and only seems to be interested in making money. Does not listen or take the time to understand what the issue is that you are experiencing. I do not feel welcome. Made to feel like a nuisance. Nasty man. Not a caring bone in his body that I could tell. Some incompetence perceived here, as well as the intense irritation and disrespectful behaviour displayed when presented with problems that he does not seem to have either the inclination or skill to solve. All of this on top of basic, unprofessional receptionists that act like you are not there unless you put your foot down and bring them to heel. This place is best avoided for timid souls or if you don’t want to keep going back for basic issues that should have been solved and spending more and more …..
The worst receptionist ever. Realised only after getting registered again that why I changed it before in the first place. Extremely rude lady at reception and she was the reason i changed the surgery. No manners at all. Would definitely be making an official complain to NHS.
Miserable dentist, he complained that my toddler was there - not everyone has childcare options. Then told me I have decay under my tooth and it needs pulling out, when I went there for a wisdom tooth. The decaying tooth doesn't need pulling out, that's why they perform root canals... avoid or get a 2nd opinion
Terrible customer service. Charged me £41 fee for a hygienist appointment I never attended after I rang them before hand to let them know I couldn’t attend due to a family emergency over the phone to them!
