Quelle étrange idée que de mettre du caviar dans une coupe colonel. D'aucun pourrait penser qu'il s'agit d'un moyen maladroit de se distinguer, mais le résultat est probant.
Je lis dans les avis un peu d'étonnement pour les prix d'un établissement dont le nom ne dissimule pourtant rien. En effet ça n'est pas gratuit, mais soulignons l'abordable "caviar shot", petit pot de caviar pour 15 francs. La quantité qu'il faut pour accompagner le reste.

Great service! Super friendly staff. We just had time for a cocktail and Café Gourmande. Both were exceptional! Honestly, the Café Gourmande was one of the best I've ever had. And the prices are not unreasonable (considering it's a restaurant... in Switzerland... IN an airport ????.
Delicious menu and super attentive staff.
I had the burrattina with avocado and caviar and it was really good although I missed a bit of olive oil, maybe.
The staff was very friendly and professional.
It isn't a cheap lunch, evidently, but well worth it if you like caviar smoked salmon and champagne!

Luckily in this case is one of those times when I’ve to stop a moment and contemplate about what I’ve just witnessed.
I’ve rarely saw a place better managed than this one. The atmosphere and the experience created by the staff was simply unreal. The work and passion that Giuliano, Anna, Nicholas, Davide and the rest of the team put on their day to day routine is outstanding. I’m talking with knowledge of the fact as I’m also coming from the hospitality business and I can assure you that a service and attention to the client excellent as this one , nowadays, is more unique than rare to find.
Again, I’m so happy to have stop by the Caviar House and I’m so grateful toward the team for having made my day with their professionalism, attitude, expertise, humor and warmness.
THIS IS A PLACE THAT WORTH TO BUY A FLIGHT TICKETS ONLY FOR SEATING AT THEIR COUNTER.
