Was expecting great things as had a friend rave over it but was very disappointing - has it changed hands in the last year or so? 3 of us had chips and most were end bits or inedible and hard anyway. Fish half the size you get in Orkney and batter soft and greasy...

A little hole-in-the-wall place that the locals seemed to visit. Would not have found it if we wouldn't have asked. AMAZING!!! Should I ever visit Scotland again, I will ditch vegan and make sure to return here. This visit took place in 12/2018. As you can see I still dream of this place nearly 2yrs later.

Fish and chips very good.

Freshly cooked and hot.

Very busy at 6.30pm on Friday.

There was quite a long wait of about 30 minutes from ordering.

It would have been nice if the cashier had explained the likely waiting time at point of sale because it became apparent they already had some large phone orders in the queue.

We eventually drove down to the beach with our food and enjoyed it immensely.

Worth waiting for ????

The fish tasted old, potentially frozen, which is a shame for an establishment so close to the sea. The chips were dry and tasted like they had been cooked for some time. Shame I was expecting better

Been back twice in a week. Both time food was hot and fresh, fish was lovely????

Fish supper was delicious, and ample portions . It was cooked whilst we waited. The lady serving even threw in a free sausage for the dog

Called in here for fish and chips or a fish supper as they are known in Scotland. So tasty and freshly made. Staff were very friendly and the shop was easy to find, parking outside helped as well as we are in a camper van.
