So grateful to the garage. I broke down and needed recovering to a garage. They fit me in no problem and had fixed the issue within 2 days. Staff were lovely, helpful and so knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again. Thank you so much!
Great service and very efficient however staff do seem to be overworked and put under pressure by management which in hindsight makes sense as they will now be taking on Hi-Q clients as well as their existing clients so dealing with extra demand. Staff are doing all they can and are rushed off their feet with too many appointments booked in, would recommend slowing the pace down so it's more manageable.
Great service and very competitive prices! Saved a small fortune compared to other nearby garages and can not fault the service! Dropped car off for opening, fully service completed within couple of hours. Highly recommend!
Excellent bunch of lads providing a great service at a reasonable price.
These lads go out of there way to provide a 5 star service and nothing is to much trouble for them.. Great team and most of all honest not rip off merchants like many out there.
Needed a new wiper blade after it flew off while I was driving. Called at 9am they ordered it came back a few hours later. And it was replaced within minutes of me calling back. Brilliant service . Would really recommend this garage. I've been a customer for over 15 years
Had an issue engaging reverse gear, phoned up and was told to bring it straight down. Found the slight problem and fixed within 10 minutes and wouldn’t take any money. My car will definitely be going here for everything from now on. Thanks.

Thought we'd leave a review worthy of the recent service and wheel tracking you did for us on our BMW.
1.When picking up the car the computer setting for the next service wasn't reset correctly after 10 mins in the end I managed to correct it.
2. I got home to get a notice that the computer told me that the oil warning level was low, I phoned and you admitted to putting in the incorrect amount. Well done you.
3. Arrived back to get it topped up and as your young lad proceeded to lift the bonnet started wiping his jersey on the bonnet to remove grubby finger prints.
4 With the bonnet lifted I found a screwdriver left in the engine bay. Not mine.
5 Having got the engine engine oil level topped and reset I came in and spoke to both the young lad and manager expressing that this wasn't what I'd expect to receive and leaving tools in the engine bay what's that all about.
You just said nothing no apologies nothing just a gormless stare only the young lad had the courage to say sorry.
6.Having got home I lifted the bonnet to have a look around and discovered fresh oil spilled down and sitting in the casting wells on the side of the engine, lovely.
7.I then discovered more dirty finger prints and top of the wing when you did the tracking. can't you protect these areas its hardly rocket science is it.
8 I then looked at the rear wheels to see if the rears had been taken off as brakes had been checked there were no visible signs that they had been so checking the pads correctly is not easy to do.
9. Door hinges had been squirted with oil, hardly the correct process, to do this you should have used white lithium grease.
So this is leaving me with the impression that I've had my pants pulled down, we decided to use a new garage instead of using our usual travelling 30 mins twice to drop off and collect. We will be back to Illingworths next time as in 20 yrs have never let us down.
So rather come back and get all these corrected I can honestly say we will never return, I hope this review is read time and time again and you should get your act together this is not what the customer should receive.
Think yourself lucky you got one star.

Response to the owner who now is calling me a lair,
Firstly this is my partners account and the car is owned by us or is that something you can't get your head around, having got her permission I left the appropriate feedback which has obviously hit a nerve.
so what are we lying about?
The fact we put photos showing oil spillage down the engine,
the fact we put photos on with dirty finger prints all over the bonnet and wing,
the fact I drove away and got a warning light when getting home and had to return to have extra oil put in to get it to the correct level. jeez its the cars blood
the fact you left a screwdriver under the bonnet.

So you don't reset computers on the car, too difficult for you is it?
We took the car to our usual garage who gave it a once over and cleaned the split oil away for us and basically said some garages seem to think the need to leave dirty marks to make it look like its been serviced but said the art of a good service is leaving you with the impression that you've not been there. there is a hint for you to place clothes on the wing or is that too much trouble.
Now rather trying to discredit me on here I'd suggest you have a word with your staff who carry out the work for you, having looked further back on the reviews I don't seem to be the only one who complained. shame I didn't read them first.
Why would I not come back to you, well once bitten twice shy you can't do right in the first place I'll just put down to experience.
I have been a customer of Hi-Q for 20 years. So i was a little apprehensive going today with new owners. Service 100% as always. Very pleasant, caring and never over quoting. Nothing has changed at all, better service and quicker turn around.
