Walk in order XL kofte and pay - shop is empty. Waiting 25 minutes for it. Owner gave me a Pepsi but come on 25 minutes for a walk in. And it’s not even cooked properly it’s under cooked. First and last visit sadly, and the light is broken so it’s like sitting under a strobe light in there. If you have to go make it fresh or there’s a wait, please can you tell me? A quick “won’t be too long” would be fine. Anyway my dogs loved it
Nothing on the delivery drivers but the restaurant,oh my god waited an hour for my food to have it missing half of my items amd the half they gave me was wrong in the first place tried calling cut off twice complete JOKE!! AVOID
Hold on for a lengthy review. First, I'd like to say I was disappointed seeing the low star review for this place. Then I realised, most people rate a place when they've had a poor experience and those that enjoyed their food ate and then went and did something else, or went to bed. Anyway, I took the time today to give this place, where my husband and I have frequented for years, a positive review.
I can't defend all their food, because we always get the doner kebabs. My husband a regular and me the chicken. We have always gotten polite service, although the owner is very quiet. The food may vary from one visit to another, but I can say we always enjoy it. Tonight was particularly nice and tasty. We went in around 6pm and everything was fresh. We got the usual healthy portions and both were full and satisfied after eating.
In all the visits we've made over the years, neither of us have gotten ill after eating there as I've seen others complain.
We love Castle Kabab and we think you should give it a try.
I should have taken a photo, but we ate it too quickly and every drop. Maybe next time.

ordering on just eat it didn't give me an option to put sauce on my partners kebab so rang them up and didn't even put the sauce on like I had asked then when food came the wrappers were extremely greasy and my popcorn chicken were burnt almost black will never order food from here again id rather starve than eat this again
I've eaten my share of kebabs in my life, now , this shop may not have the happiest staff, (not that I've had a problem)the best hygiene score or have salad choice available after 10 pm and in my view sauces watered down to within an inch of their life, but it's the best tasting lamb donermeat in the area, in my opinion. If you want quality, hygiene scores and choice, you use wales kebab or sams, otherwise give this shop a go
