This is a pleasant 'tea rooms' style cafe. We, a group of six, found two tables to push together. There was a good selection of cakes, etc, which those who partook enjoyed.
The staff were friendly and engaging.
The seating was ok but not very comfortable.
For a cold day it was surprising that the establishment were keen keep the door open.
There is a toilet for customers.
A traditional village coffee shop, used by both locals, and visitors. Small space, very intimate, with low ceiling, wooden tables & chairs and a wooden floor.
Excellent, friendly service, by people that obviously care for their clientele. Offered useful information on what to do and how to find local facilities.
Home made cakes to delight every taste (I had an amazing salted caramel chocolate brownie). Good prices.

From outside it looked closed but having tried the door, realised it was open. Received a warm welcome on entry. Food was good but sadly no hot meals were on the menu but homemade cheese scone ploughman's was delicious.
Lovely coffee shop. The cakes are all homemade and delicious, with a great selection. The coffee is also really enjoyable. Toilets spotless. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel really welcome. Highly recommend a visit.

Quite simply the best homemade cakes I've ever eaten. The coffee is also so smooth and delicious. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, a perfect stop for a little indulgence.
Quaint tea room with friendly staff. Big mugs of coffee and the cakes looked delicious. Hot chocolate was ok.
