There was a booking error which meant our table was booked for 9pm (when the restaurant was supposed to be closing) however the staff couldn't have been nicer and insisted that the booking was honoured. The waiter made us feel incredibly welcome. Both the steak and the duck were cooked perfectly and it was incredibly delicious! I would highly recommend the Castle Bistro!
Delicious food! Staff amazing. They looked after my dad this evening, for his 75th birthday. Particularly loved the chicken wrapped in bacon with Boulanger potatoes.

Delicious! We had the stuffed chicken and lamb burger followed by apple pie and chocolate brownie. Beautifully presented food and very very yummy! The staff are just lovely and so attentive. You'll probably have to advance book as it's a popular place for obvious reasons.
I completely understand why Castle Bistro has been fully booked. Managed to grab an early table on the of chance tonight. Absolutely amazing. Very enjoyable and tasty food .... Best steak I have had for a long while, cooked to perfection. Service was fantastic. Thank you very much.

Excellent little restaurant in the middle of Harlech. Like many others we holidayed in Wales this year and North Wales at that. I had pre booked after reading the reviews for our final indulgence of the holiday. We can say this has been the best meal of the holiday despite staying in an expensive hotel in mid Wales earlier in the week. The lamb rump and accompanied vegetables was to die for the the desserts equally mouth watering. Thank you for a lovely evening with attentive but not intrusive staff we will return.
