Rickie was really helpful and was able to get my car in for an MOT with short notice. Unfortunately there were issues and I couldn’t be without my car due to work commitments. Rickie was able to fix and re-test my car within days. Providing updates throughout the process. Great service and highly recommend.
Been using Ricky for around 4 years now, within that time frame I’ve had many cars from luxury BMW’s to small run around cars with all sorts of faults & issues that has needed repairing and every time I’ve had a job done I’ve never needed to go back for a tweak or an issue with a car. Another trait about Ricky is that he’ll go above and beyond with his work. Really a genuine guy that knows his craft. Would definitely recommend Cass motors to anyone who’s looking for a long term & trustable mechanic. Fantastic work throughout!
Went in to see Ricky as a light red
light came on my dashboard, Ricky kindly looked at it straight away & told me the problem & kept my car & fixed it for me the next day, I can't thank him enough as I work in the community so am driving around 5/6 hours a day so really needed my car, He was so efficient & very helpful.

After trying numerous garages I honestly wouldn’t take my bmw anywhere else but Cass Motors. Ricky has fixed many problems with my car which were all done very quickly and to the highest standard.
I used Cass motors for the first time today. I decided to try it after reading the positive reviews.
I must say my first impressions are also very good as Ricky carried out a full service on my car. He explained everything that he needed to and came across very friendly and professional.
But it's the little touches I notice, such as his offer to wait after his normal closing time for me to pick up my car if necessary. Excellent customer service.
Brilliant Service from Cass Motors. Had a terrible knocking from my van and rickie found the problem and had it sorted it out the same day. Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else
First class service, took on my repair at short notice which meant stopping on until 7pm on a Friday night to get the job done which he did and at what I consider great rates.

Hidden Gem- Best out of all the Garages I have used in Trowbridge. Really friendly service, very professional and Prompt Service. Used on a few occasions including MOT. Would definitely recommend
