Although a pleasant young lady serving she had long plaits dangling down her front. How can that be apt when your serving food. Same a few weeks ago two girls with long hair flapping about while they were serving food. I honestly thought you had to have your hair in a net. Tome to get food hygiene in again I think

I have been a customer for years. Today I went there had a large chicken kebab with my order once I got home realised it was missing. Got back to the shop to say that it was missing at the same time as a younger boy on a bike bringing back my kebab saying he was missing his chips !
They then went on to offer me the kebab that the boy had brought back , I refused said il wait for a fresh one. As I’m sat waiting I see one of the workers empty the old kebab back into the holding pot they have on the front counter then once mine was ready he cut it off into a pan then went and put that on top of the old stuff thinking I didn’t notice ! Then bagged up my kebab offering me a free bottle of Fanta which I refused I took the kebab and slung it in the bin where it should have gone originally.
Never trust them unless you see it cooked fresh and bagged up you will never know where it’s been before.
Had food from here a few times which has always been not too bad
Amazing food at reasonable prices and plenty of will be using again soon
Need to tell their staff to wear there hair up and out the way it's a chip shop not a salon
Under new ownership, very friendly and food is excellent. Also they have done away with the minimum spend on card, meaning if you just want a bag of chips you don't have to spend over a fiver. I do recommend the battered cod, absolutely beautiful.
Their large fish is longer than most of the chip shops I've been too and always a good large portion of chips. Nice friendly staff. My regular chip shop now.
Ordered via just eat ,food came and i was missing chips ,rang resturant and was told come pick it up ( i dont drive hense y i had a delivery), so was told vontact just est for a refund, so im left with no chips but have the pie,fishcake and ,sausages and gravy and very unhappy kids ,complete waste of money , if i was you go somewhere else
I will be from now on !!!!
