Can’t ask for a better garage because of the garage. The problem was found because of this garage my car is running 100% better anyone who goes to the garage you have my most respect because they look after you and I respect this garage because no better garage anywhere else most probably would take your money but this guy in his garage I take my heart off to him he is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet specially when i need more work done to my car in the future, I think I will be going back for stage two once I get more work done but thank you, Paul. You really help me out a lot.
I contacted Paul regarding a problem with my 2015 fiesta who found a fault after putting it through a diagnostic check. He replaced the faulty component that very same day.
I found him to be a very polite and helpful gentleman who I would recommend for auto electrical work for a quick and reasonable priced job .
Amazing service. I was in a bit of bother, engine management light came on the day before I was meant to be going on holiday. After no luck at main dealer I rang cartonics wales, I explained my situation to Paul (assume the owner) he said bring it down and he would squeeze it in if the jobs wasn’t too big. Rang me a few hours later explaining the issue and said he can fix it. Very reasonable price and super fast!! There needs to be more garages like this!!

Exceptional work and service provided by Paul. My VW Jetta Mk6 had started displaying intermittent amber lights on the instrument cluster for the steering system, ESP and ABS - all would appear soon after I started driving before eventually disappearing. Had lots of other work/repairs pending on the car ahead of an expiring MOT and was in a panic about the potential cost of repairs with these additional faults and the likelihood that the car could be off the road for a significant period of time.
Rung around and had trouble getting the car booked in for a prompt diagnostic but happened to be walking by the Cartronics garage one day and popped in for a chat with Paul, explaining the situation to him and being told to bring the car in the following day at 10am. Brought it in the next day and received a call from Paul around 1pm, saying that the problem was a faulty sensor on the nearside rear wheel with a reasonable quote for a repair and a commitment that he could get it done that day. Gave him the go ahead and received another call around 4:30pm that the car was ready to be collected. Repair was done in late October 2023 and I haven't had a problem with it since.
Can't recommend Cartronics highly enough! Had a good chat with Paul when collecting the car and his friendly and trustworthy nature is matched by his professionalism and knowledge of his trade. Cheers!
My break lights and sensors came up with a fault on the dashboard. Took the car in and spoke to Paul, left the car with him and he sorted it within 2.5 hours. Incredible service for the price and gave clear explanations to the work he did on the car. Couldn’t ask for anything more. (Edit - had an issue with one of the lights about a week later, he had another look without charge, incredible service!)
Absolutely amazing!! Can’t recommend enough. On my way to work, had a notification saying I had an engine fault. Panicked and luckily found Paul@cartronics! He was so busy and explained he could book me in for tomorrow but I explained what happened and he managed to squeeze me in there and then! Reasonable prices and excellent service. Such a nice guy can’t recommend enough. So grateful thanks again!!!
I honestly cant thank paul enough how quick he repaired my car, he was very understanding helpful and trustworthy. He found the problem straight away and ordered the part and fixed it the next day.
