Just called them in regards to a prescription: the lady was extremely rude, very dismissive and that's not how you expect people to behave with customer.
Absolutely saved a distraught Mum. My baby had been refusing to feed until my health vistor recommended a specialist milk. After trying it I had a new happy baby that was feeding well but unfortunately while waiting for a prescription from the doctor I was finding it extremely hard to get hold of the milk.Boots pharmacy refused to sell me their last tin and told me I would have to wait till Monday. Carters Pharmacy saved me! Not only did they sell me a tin but it was a lot cheaper than Boots. Thank you so much, one happy baby sleeping peacefully and one relieved mum.
Found this lovely pharmacy a year ago and have been returning ever since. Quite the best pharmacist in North Finchley - kind, caring and absolutely dedicated to chasing up prescriptions, providing accurate information. Genuinely very very grateful for this pharmacy. They remember who I am every time I come for a new prescription and they go out of their way to help me. They are very trust worthy make sure they don’t over charge me for private prescriptions like every other pharmacy. Very kind people! Thank you so much!
