Had a call with this garage to discuss a timing chain problem, they were unable to help unfortunately due to the complex repair but I was very impressed with their professionalism and politeness on the phone. Will be using these guys in the future without a doubt!!

I was recommended this garage by some work colleagues after they had an excellent experience and I’m very glad I listened to them. The customer service is fantastic; ringing me to check what parts I would like, to give me a price ahead of my appointment and even cleaned my car before collection. A really great experience, I will be back and I will recommend!
Just brilliant. After having my car looked at by two other garages that said they couldn't find anything wrong (even though it was making terrible noises it clearly shouldn't have been making), I took it to Cartech and the issues were diagnosed straight away. Car was fixed quickly and the price was very reasonable. The customer service was absolutely top and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this garage, they are the best.

Amazing service from a lovely company!
These guys saved me from making a very costly mistake.
Assessed and inspected the car I had bought and which developed a fault within days.
The report these guys provided me with was so inconsistent with the MOT and service history that I was able to return the car and be fully reimbursed after it was presented to the seller.
I also alerted MOT standards and trading standards from the area I bought the car after being alerted to the fact the vendor had put it straight back up for sale without doing the necessary repairs . Cartech shall now be my go to place for any work required on my new car and have also educated me to better inspect and research before spending my money.

Luke was absolutely amazing from start to finish with my car, I popped in to ask him if he could try and fix my seat as it wasn't sliding backwards & forwards. Arnold Clarke quoted me £600 just for the part, Luke had it for a few hours fixed the problem & only charged me £60, also I thought I may of had another issue. He plugged it in to check for codes and I'm assuming one of the lads from the workshop took it on a test drive, everything was fine with it & he didn't even charge me for plugging it in, where as most garages have your eyes out to plug a car in! the receptionist when booking me in was lovely aswell. I'd definitely recommend this place to others and will always take my car back there if it needs fixing in the near future.
