I'm fuming they don't respond takings months to respond
back to emails now I'm taking them to the ombudsman!
So far 2 years for a straight forward accident an otherside has accepted full liability an still not resolved as carpenters are pathetic!
Just like other recent reviews I would avoid this company at all cost and use a independent solicitor, over 2 years now since my accident which I was not at fault for!! Left on hold for 2hours plus to still not get through to anybody, no replys to emails or messages in there app, last email I received from them was 7months ago and now back in the dark absolutely ridiculous!!!!
Absolutely steer clear! Pathetic excuse of a solicitors. My case was handed to carpenters from Slater & Gordon. This was over a year ago (18 months since the accident now) and I have received only 3 emails from them. I’ve tried calling multiple times to no avail. I’ve tried emailing both of my separate case handlers multiple times but receive no reply whatsoever. Disgusting
Trash solicitors (DONT USE EVERY IN UR LIFE UNLESS U WANT TROUBLE) -they take ur money don't respond to your calls and don't help (waste of time) no wounder review is on 1.9????
STAY WELL AWAY! Had an accident November 2022 and lost earnings from that day, I signed and sent the documents back then cold silence. Their myclaim app is shocking to use with my messages disappearing and no responses, I was constantly chasing up emails and only able to talk to robots on their phoneline that would just put me on hold for ridiculous amounts of time, does anyone even work in the office? I ended up having to sign more documents they sent in May and September last year but again no reply. On a random day in December last year 13 MONTHS LATER whilst I was at work, and only because I emailed complaining again, I received a reply from a completely different person from the company asking again what losses I suffered from the accident? When I had stated everything at the beginning. 10 minutes after that, another email came through advising they had closed my case due to me apparently confirming no losses when I’d not even had the chance to reply to that first email!! I am still out of pocket now 15 MONTHS ON with no other way of getting my wage back. Absolutely disgusting ‘business’.
Horrific customer service they never reply and progress is so slow.
If you insurance say use these insist on someone else.
I AM REPORTING THI SCAMMERS - WORST SERVIVE FROM THE CASE HANDLER AND STAFF. I BELIVE HER NAME IS MILLIE , ARROGANT , NO REPLIED TO EMAILS,PHONE CALLS, THEY KEEP HANGING UP FOR NO REASON.. DO NOT EVER GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANIES .. REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEM SELF . SHAME ON YOU TO EMPLY DUMB STAFF AND I AM SPREADING THIS EVERYWHERE ... USELESS SCAMMERS --------- SCAM ALERT .. Claim since 2022 and literally no responsibility in dealing with clients. Lack of interest whenever you get in touch! that is when you are lucky and actually get in touch because they don't answer phone calls / emails. none. poor service. even 1 star is generous
