Carolina produced a stunning cake for my wife’s 40th birthday. It was beautifully decorated, and absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
Carolina made my two-tier wedding cake exactly how I ordered it! One tier filled with Nutella and the other tier with caramel, both with fresh strawberries too. I also gave her a little salmon coloured thread to show her the colours of the wedding and she did everything she could to get the exact same colour for the flowers used to decor the cake (which were real flowers, by the way). Our cake did not only look amazing but the taste was out of this world! I've tried so many of her cakes now, as I always recommend her to my friends and we always order them from her.. I can certify that she only gets better with time! I'd give her 10 stars if I could. Do not hesitate to contact her!

Carolina, from the beginning, was amazing. I gave her some ideas what myself and my husband were looking for and she took it and made a cake that was above and beyond our expectations. We asked Carolina to make a 3 tier gluten free cake, we went with chocolate and vanilla with raspberry buttercream, which was a tough decision with all the amazing flavours she had to offer. The cake went down with the guests incredibly well, with all guests I spoke to making sure I passed on the compliments to our baker. I can’t recommend Carolina enough, she’s a local business in South Manchester, making arguably the best cake around. 100% can guarantee Carolina will make your cake dreams come true!
What can I say? AMAZING I ordered an 8inch cake along with some cupcakes but I was a bit anxious because I never use them or ask someone to create me a birthday cake before, but wow. It’s looked amazing and taste just as good. The creativity was displayed in the hard work they did, I’ll definitely be using them again without any hesitation and I highly recommend them. Definitely worth 5 plus stars
I contacted Carolina on a very short notice (just two days) before my birthday. Without hesitation, she accepted my birthday cake request and made sure to have it done by the time I needed it. She was extremely helpful and kind, and I decided to get a 6 inch tall vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream and decorations. The cake itself tasted absolutely amazing and the decor (I sent her pictures of what I wanted) were spot on. She went above and beyond to make this cake very special and I highly recommend choosing Carolina Ferrero Cakes for any occasion! Thank you so much.
I contacted Carolina because I wanted some cupcakes for my brother who is gluten-free and vegan. Carolina was lovely and replied back to me quickly and gave me a huge range of amazing flavours choose from. I chose vanilla sponge with salted caramel frosting and my brother absolutely loved his cakes and said they were the most delicious cakes he had ever had! The cakes looked absolutely amazing and were presented in a lovely box. My brother is hard to please so I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you Carolina :)
I ordered two different types of cupcakes as a Valentine’s Day treat for me and my husband and they were so much more than what I expected! I hadn’t specified any extras on top but all of the cakes came with a beautiful pink chocolate heart, a slight sheen of glitter and either fudge, spun sugar or a different chocolate on them. They looked incredible. Then I tasted the salted caramel one. The filling inside is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend these cupcakes and the company. Very easy to order and delivery was perfectly on time. I will definitely be ordering more! Thank you so much.
