A very pretty place with great walks, will visit balk many more times I am sure.
To get to Carn Brea Castle Restaurant you have to go up a very long narrow lane, but there are passing places along the lane. And there is free parking at the very top. The Restaurant opens at 6:30pm, booking is required, and I have included a picture of the sign with the telephone number for booking. Carn Brea Castle is a stunning looking building, with amazing views of the surrounding area. A Great place to visit!
Beautiful views on the hill top, good trek up there. Carn Brea monument and castle restaurant up there. Slightly muddy trek in the winter so wear boots/Wellingtons if possible. Parking on top on hill available for free. Dinner bookings in the castle are available from 6pm daily.
Lovely place to walk my dog. Breathtaking views of Camborne, Redruth, mid Cornwall, and the North Coast. Well worn paths criss cross across the whole hill.
It's a fun drive up there! Very narrow roads which is tricky when you meet several cars coming down. Was windy AF when we were there, little fella almost got blown off the mountain ???? lovely view and you can check out the awesome restaurant built in the the rock face at the top. Worth a look if you are driving by
Fantastic hitorical landmark. Breathtaking view. Limited free parking so we have been lucky to find a spot.
Lovely views good walks parking is limited tho also the road up isn't the best if your car is low
Amazing view from here over Redruth and Camborne. Bit of a pain to drive up to as the road is very narrow and rough. Minimal parking also. Would be better parking down lower in the village and walking up.
