I visited here for the first time a few days ago on my lunch hour from work and was recommended curry goat by the kind lady at the shop. I was not disappointed I visited Jamaica in 2021 and this food was better than that 100% the meat was flavorful and tender and the rice and peas were delicious I had some steamed veg and a lovely sauce as well and salad and a huge dumpling, I could not stop eating and the portion was very generous and great value for money. I would definitely recommend. It was just right for spice too it was simply very delicious. Can not wait to go through the rest of the menu.
Authentic tasty food. A proper Jamaican and Carribbean menu and food. This has to be a drive by or delivery area that is a regular stop it is/will be for me.
The owner is very warm and an honest and hardworking guy who is also a brilliant chef. He has excellent customer service and the pirtuons are generous.
The dumplings are tasty very tasty with a light sweetness. They are large too. The fried chicken is good, well cooked and without oil.
The rice and peas is good - it works. The meat is good and slightly over cooked but that maybe individual taste.overall this is very very good.
The location is perfect at the junction of Noel Place and Harehills Lane.
What could improve?
A few vegetarian/ vegan options.
A bit more investment in the cafe so it looks nicer.

Honestly can not speak higher of this place. In my opinion the best Carribean food shop in Leeds. Generous portions for very reasonable prices, especially compared to other Carribean food shops in the area. Would recommend to anyone. Pepper Steak with rice n peas is a personal favourite.
Eat-in: From a varied Caribbean menu, I had tasty to the bone curry goat with rice & salad. Will deffo visit again when in Leeds. Friendly service and very clean eatery.
My partner came in today as you was nearly closing up.

Jerk chicken, rice and peas were lovely. Tiny inside, but it's mainly a decent lunch to take away isn't it. A small table inside. Really enjoyed the food and shall be going back!
Amazing Curried Goat with rice and peas. The fried dumplings are huge and very tasty. A++++
Had Jerk chicken and got some oxtail for my mum with usual provisions.
For me could not fault food, very tasty and sweet complimented everything, my mum who's a tough critic polish off hers so just confirm how nice everything was.
