OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Cannot recommend enough! Fixed my damaged rear bumper for a reasonable price, fast turn around and the quality is 11/10. Will be returning to do my callipers and few touch ups around the car also ????????

I asked for a price in full from Greg for bodywork to be done. He give me a price than a estimate time for it to be completed. I give a call on the day it would be completed. He said there a delay and a new estimated time, which there can be delays that's ok. I go to check on the car on the day he said it will be completed. The car hasn't even been worked on yep. Weeks go buy and finally it's done. I go to pay the guy now and he gives me price and adds another vat on top. Then start to threaten to keep the car. Never going here again. And Greg your going to do this to the wrong person one day. Be carefull
Booking my car in was quick and easy, I dropped off my car with no problems at all, I was contacted when my car was nearly done and when it would be ready everything went so smooth. I picked up my car they were so friendly I felt at ease, my car looked amazing, the wheels are so black and shiny and the man was so nice he fitted my spoiler for me which looked amazing and also gave me further advice with some things to get will definitely go back there they done an amazing job and so friendly and nice.
Many thanks to all at Carcare Repair, right from the initial contact their support was first class. The repair done to my roof and bumper is brilliant, 2 other body shops closer to me in Cheltenham refused the job or wanted extortionate costs, Greg quoted a fair price and completed the job in the timeframe initially quoted. Sent photos and updates as the job went along.
Would definitely recommend and will using them again in the future.

Had some bodywork completed here last week! The whole process from start to finish was great! Greg gave the best advice in regard to what to do with my car, and worked out a good price for me. Friendly and professional service throughout and Greg goes above and beyond. Work completed within the time frame given and to an amazing standard! My car looked brand new when I picked it up. I'd booked in my BMW 440i with Car Care to get a few dents and bumps sorted, however not only did they take the dents out for a very reasonable price, but they went the extra mile and touched up my paint work on one of the doors where the paint had chipped at no extra cost. At Car Care they genuinely care about your car and the exceptional customer service they provide. This is the 2nd time I've had work done from them and both times they have repaired my car to an exceptionally high standard. I would highly recommend Car Care for any car work. 10/10 for customer service, quality and professionalism.
