Car and Truck Services provided the second leg of the recovery of my motorcycle and myself. The driver Mark turned up in reasonable time at Southwaite service area. My motorcycle was carefully secured to the trailer - and double checked - before departing for Edinburgh. It was also checked again later in the journey. Mark was polite, professional and good company on the long drive home. So why only 4 stars? Well, the van had a door alarm that went off intermittently for no reason and it was just a little tedious. All in all, a great recovery.

Coolant light came on whilst travelling on the motorway, been experiencing a few coolant/heater issues with the car lately so didn't want to take any chances & continue my journey. Happened to see this garage from the A74M so pulled in, coolant had in fact dropped quite low so the mechanic kindly filled it back up free of charge.
Great garage very friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. The pick up/drop off service for locals is really handy.
Excellent service recovering my MG from the A74(M) yesterday, diagnosing the problem, and then onward transport to Oban with Jason. Many thanks guys! ????
It's not possible to give 0 stars but here goes. Just encountered 1 of this company's drivers in a Mercedes 17 tonne recovery truck with a nearly new landrover discovery on the back. Bouncing across the dalveen pass back towards their yard. Snow on the road the driver doing around 40 50 mph seen us coming and drove straight passed a safe stopping area and forced my friend myself and his daughter traveling in his van off the road down into a ditch. Without care he carried on without stopping. When we approached the driver back at the yard after getting ourselves free I was met with nothing but aggression and threats of violence. This man clearly has no regard for any other road user. A true disappointment to his profession. Why you employ people with so little common sense, sense of logic and not even basic people skills is beyond me Mr Forest.
