Been here multiple times and never had an issue until this time. The mid week MOT tester has to be the most arrogant person I have ever met. Threatening to change his decisions on the mot after bring back for retest, foul mouthed, no consideration. To feel like I have inconvenienced him for bringing my vehicle back is an understatement.
Unfortunately car and commercial you have lost me as a customer, your staff need to have manners towards paying customers.
Brilliant service everytime, wouldn't go anywhere else, so glad I found this place as there honest and don't rip you off like a lot of garages, especially with being a woman driver. Excellent work lads, keep it up.
