Went to get a headlight replaced for which they claimed to have fitted a new bulb which stopped working within a week. I took the car back to the garage and was told there is a light sensor issue for which they stated a new part to fix the problem and charged me again for it. The headlight stopped working again a couple of days later and when I went back to request a refund they said they can't offer one. Took the car to Halfords and got bulb replaced and it works perfectly fine. The bulb/sensor provided was of bad quality/faulty and the service is terrible. They do not provide refunds or replace faulty parts which was part of their mistake. I won't be using them again.
Came in to change my tyre the guy stripped the bolt. They previously changed the tyre and blamed me for the bolt being over tight and then charged me to remove their own mistake. They do not even torque the wheels to spec they use a gun an over tighten the bolt. I also brought the car in for wheel alignment previously and the car came out worse than it went in. I would strongly advise staying away from this company as they do not know how to run a business as well as cannot stick to the quoted price. A bunch of Del Boy cowboys if you asked me. If I could they would get a minus rating.
Asked my wife to get a flat tyre replaced on our car with a part worn until I could source a tyre that matched the other 3. The closest tyre shop were these guys. She went and came back with warped and almost bald tyre. I looked at it after she had got it done and it was far more worn that it should have been (picture attached) I was obviously annoyed but then I drove the car and it got worse...the car would wobble/pull to one side when crossing lanes or at speeds over 60mph! I took it to my usual garage (Bracknell Tyre & Battery - Team Protyre) and they told me it shouldn't have been put on as it was a run-flat tyre and out of shape. It had also lost a lot of pressure in the 2 days it was on...not pleased at all for £40.

In response to their reply:
'Green Caps' are because the tyres are filled with Nitrogen and if you were decent tyre fitters you'd know that ???? Truly surprised that as 'professionals' you lacked such common knowledge! At least I've taught you something...
I'm simply leaving my review of what your business provided us. It's my honest opinion of the service we received. If you can't handle it then sell better quality tyres and provide better service ????????‍♂️
Adding another photo after driving just under 400 miles on the tyre...metal braiding visible...
Absolute jokers...
So kind people working is very nice people. He is good price. My tire Entrekin wheel alignment is good garage
Over priced tyre shop, definitely not the cheapest 2nd hand tyre garage in Reading.
Got my tyres replaced there a few weeks ago.
Good service quality and decent price.
My car started leaking oil really badly, making rattling noises and engine light came on. Called them and could be seen the next morning (called Sunday late afternoon) he figured out what was wrong with my car within an hour and had it fixed and serviced and ready to go that same day and for a reasonable price! Car drives like a dream again. Would definitely recommend them and not just for tyres!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Rubbish Tyre replaced, charged £30 cash. Traction sensor light came on after I left his shop. Went back next day and asked owner to check and he denied the light was caused by his tyre.
Two weeks later, went on the motorway and started hearing thumping noises which got worse as we as we drove home. Took it to my garage and found that all bolts were coming off and the tyre was shaking thereby damaging the steering rods. The mechanic confirmed that the traction sensor light was caused by the ill fitted tyre. It cost £200 to repair with further repair needed (more cost).
Went back and complained to the owner who simply denied everything. His response was disgusting and rude. We left after he said 'do whatever you want to do, I'm not accepting any liability'.
This was such a major safety issue, we had small children in the car on the motorway and anything could've happened.
ZERO STARS (if there was an option)
Answer to the owner: We were your customers, you know very well what I'm talking about and so does my mechanic who had to fix your mess. Taking cash, giving no receipts and accepting no liability for your mistakes, what type of business you running bro?
