they have very bad customer service guys,before i toke my car for rapair they told me we got all parts and we fixed asnp and they make booking
but after 5 days i call them and they told me we did'nt recive parts
that was so funny
It was the worst experience i've ever had at a garage. If you really care for your car avoid going there!
This garage I’m pleased to have my car back and never deal with them again! My car went in for repair over 4 weeks ago, the work should have taken 2 weeks. The insurance company nominated this garage which I hope they don’t use in future. The garage gave me a hire car which turned out to have no MOT since January. I had been driving around two weeks with technical no insurance as no valid MOT! The garage never apologised or seemed to recognise the severity of there actions. Their communication throughout was non existent, I would avoid this garage at all costs . I would have given no stars but that is not an option!
Amazing. So impressed with the service and customer care here. Advised and helped me without an appointment. Carried out the work that would have failed my MOT. Took the car for the MOT. Kept me up to date and saved me a lot of hassle trying to sort it all out after my return to work. Not once arrogant or condescending and wouldn't keep all the tip I tried to give them. Thank you so much. Will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a local body shop. Well done. My faith in humanity is restored! :-)
They did a fantastic paint job on my car. I had multiple scratches that have completely gone, my car was with them for a short duration of time and they had great communication throughout.

This friendly and professional team fixed a nasty dent in my car, along with scuffs on the wing mirror and door damage. The motor looks good as new now.
