I was looking for somewhere new to try in Liverpool for some breakfast. After searching on @ubereats app and reading the great reviews, I decided on Capaldi's.
I ordered a Bacon, egg, sausage and cheese bagel with a order of mushrooms added on. As I live a couple of miles from the centre and I knew I wouldn't be the only delivery, I wasn't expecting the food to be hot.
Pleasantly surprised to find it still had heat in it. I have to say when I first opened the lid, I kind of thought. oh dear, what have I ordered. How wrong I was.
Everything was cooked to perfection, so moist and packed with flavour. The delivery rider was a young lad but very
professional and chatty. I love the idea of the delivery app and I'm always pleased when I get great service, but to be honest,
it's not a cheap breakfast but you're getting great tasting food.
Definitely recommend.
A colleague works locally and kept going on about this place and "how good the sausages are". So when I was there for a meeting, we popped in for a sausage and egg bagel.
He was right, sausages are the best I've had.
Service and staff were lovely and welcoming too.
Price is very reasonable considering everything has gone up recently.

Visited on a Friday morning and ordered an egg/cheese bagel sandwich and an Empire State bagel sandwich (had beans, sausage, bacon, egg). Both tasted decent and prices were decent.
Super popular cafe. Nice staff there. Very efficient & friendly.
Sadly for us food was just ok. We had sausage, egg & cheese bagels.
Filling but weirdly under-flavoured for us.
We won't be back but this shop clearly has a loyal & large fan base so wish them continued success. No hard feelings!
Absolutely love this place. The food is amazing and always cooked to perfection. The sausages are to die for and you won't find better anywhere in Liverpool. I've tried most of the options on the menu but always opt for a breakfast bagel of some sort but always with sausage on.
The service is excellent and the staff are absolutely amazing. They are polite and attentive and always take some time to chat to you. Plenty of family history in this family run business.
Capaldis bagel house is the only place to eat in Liverpool. Try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
Nice little cafe, friendly and polite staff, food was freshly cooked and a decent price.
I have plenty of bagels at home. I'll go local fare. A very satisfying Full English breakfast with a nice variation on the stewed tomatos. A great way to prep for a full day of Beatlemania! You share the counter and eat with the "Regulars" The counter faces the window so you can watch the people heading to work.
Great little bagel shop, walked in and out and had a bagel in minutes. Best breakfast I've had in a while and for the price you can't complain at all, definitely reccomend and will be eating here again :)
