The service was superb and the food absolutely delicious! I’m including a picture of the Florentine steak :)
The only bed exirience with food we had in four day trip to Bologna and Firenze - price high while portions smallest. Pizza was served cold. Drinks were OK, one toalet for both man and female.

From what we ordered, only the carpaccio was at good standard, and spaguettis were really bad, very oily and tasteless.
They didn't serve all the dishes we ordered.
The worst was that at the time of paying, the lady (aparently the boss), after no single word to ask me how the food or our service was, had me waiting for long, grumbling in front of me, and then she even got into my personal conversation with my partner, when I was explaining her they had charged extra 15% for service (that was not written or explained anywhere), to start an argument about it.
Summarizing, plenty of other restaurants where to dinner in Florence with better food and service
Comida horrível, atendimento péssimo. Aliás aqui na Itália parece que eles sempre estão ou de mal com o mundo ou não gostam de turistas. Tratam a gente que nem animais. Nunca mais.
Perfecto el sitio el trato del personal estupendo , lo recomiendo a toda persona que venga a florencia
