Really helpful and friendly chemist. I work nearby so really convenient for me to pop in on my lunch break when needed, the staff are well informed and take their time talking to you, doesn't feel rushed what so ever. There's also a good range of products within the shop at affordable prices. Every time I come here theres a warm welcome and amazing service, wouldn't go anywhere else; definitely recommend their lovely :)
Friendly and helpful!
I've used this chemist multiple times and the staff are always keen to help, even when they're busy.
Their help and advice has saved me lots of trips to the GP and I never feel like an inconvenience.
Big thank you to the staff of Campion Chemist!
Had a lovely experience at this chemist recently- couldnt remember a certain item id used before....a blonde lady was most helpful, spent 10 minutes helping me figure it out plus alternatives she'd used before. Great customer service
I had a surgery only a few weeks ago, I'm recovering from cancer, am currently fighting an infection and I have 3 kids to raise, and despite that I was able to walk in with a smile and greet the people in the pharmacy but honestly, the attitude of the people working here are surreal. There were 3 of them and not one acknowledged me when I walked in. This is not the first time, they barely greet you, they speak rudely and ask questions in a patronising way and they are just overall awful. I'm starting to think that they hire people based on how bitter they are.
They should probably remember that customers walk into a pharmacy because they are unwell, not because they are going for a shopping trip. In fact their stock in the retail section has been the same for years and is covered in dust, I wouldn't trust it.
I think only ONCE in 8 years I had a very good impression from a very kind lady.
This is conveniently very close to my house, so I've been going there for years despite their awful attitude, however I will happily take a stroll to Boots from now on.
A Muslim girl served me and she showed good customer service, and the shop had what I needed
I attended the Pharmacy in the morning at 10:00. The pharmacist with the braids provided me with advice to use a medicine called Voltarol Back & Joint pain instead of Voltarol Muscle Pain Relief.
She confirmed to me that this was the correct treatment to apply on a swollen ankle. I purchased other items (panadol) which was fine.
Once I conducted my own research I found out she miss-sold the product to me, this was not for muscular pain.
I went back to speak to her surrounding this and she starting getting an attitude and got really defensive. She took it as a personal attack and it was getting heated so I just bought it, she said she got upset because I’m questioning her credibility. It was just how I felt because her words where day and night difference from the morning.
She said they don’t do refunds or exchanges either and I have to buy the product I want again.
I spent £26. When I should have spent £13. I was okay to buy it but her attitude just stank, and she didn’t apologise when I said I was finding it rude.
She then didn’t want to serve me and got her colleague to serve me whilst she watched over.
Overall the other staff in the pharmacy are so nice and kind I don’t know how the manger thought she was a good fit for the team.
Sorry everyone else who had to witness that but in the morning she miss sold the product which has never happened at this pharmacy before.
This used to an excellent pharmacy with Mohammed - the pharmacist at the helm . It was friendly and community orientated. Sadly, Mohammed has left and is no longer such a friendly hub in Rotherhithe. I was disappointed recently that the new pharmacist seemed to know little about medication I have been prescribed and did not seem too interested. The pharmacy assistant was also very vague. However, they still sell a good selection of one pound shampoos toothpaste and soap so will be worth a visit in a few months.
The service of this pharmacy is horrendous.
The place is supposed to close at 7pm. I call and they agree to prepare my prescription but advise they would close at 6:45 (no idea why).
I asked them to give me a minute or two as I am coming straight from work and need to get the medication at an emergency. They agreed. I arrive at 6:48 and the store is locked down.
I was gutted.
They tap on the local monopoly as the only pharmacy in that area. No regard for customers or patients.
