Got a takeaway from here while picking my dog up from a salon nearby. (Not from the area) What a great choice that was. The woman serving was very friendly, I was their first customer of the afternoon, and they made my food quickly and actually seasoned it to perfection. It was really well done. So well done I had to do a review. If you are in the area, it's well worth a visit. I'll be going anytime I get the chance.
Sweet and sour here is really good but disappointed with mixed grill
Great chippy friendly staff always make you feel welcome. I have move out of the area but still come back to this chippy. Never had a bad Chinese meal, always fresh and cooked to perfection. Thumbs up from me!
My father asked me to post on his behalf. While on business, my dad enjoyed a lovely meal here, sampled many different foods and spoke of the great hospitality he experienced. He asked me to pass on 5 stars. Thank you for looking after him!
I have been using Cam Lee for many years, the staff are great and the food is always first class with a broad range of Chinese and English food. Prices are good too ????

Hate to say it but it was awful
Me and the wife ...kids etc used to go every week couple of years ago but had three not so good meals on the bounce
so didn’t bother again ....., until last week!
Maybe it had improved ?

I had fish,chips and peas from here last night with a buttered barm. I’m sorry but it was the worst fish and chips I have ever had. The chips were hard little bits... we had a large bag and in that large bag we didn’t have one full size normal chip. The fish Didn’t look or taste like cod and the batter was a dark orange colour that tasted of old fat. The mushy peas were that salty I couldn’t eat them. And to top it off the buttered barm was hard, dry and stale with hardly any butter on. I threw it all in the bin and had a bag of wotsits. Very disappointed.
Disgusted with the state my food was served!!
Warm up chips mixed with fresh chips with added burnt overcooked chips that where so hard they near broke my tooth!
Curry was cold and salty !!
I wont be going there again thats a cert!
