After I punctured my front tyre & damaged the front strut; Jamie & the Carlton Tyres team were happy to for me to bring my car to them last minute.
When asked for a rough “ballpark figure” for cost of repairs, they estimated with labour to be about £300… came to £302… even my mate who knows more about cars than I recommended them & said their estimate of £300 was spot on (some garages might charge £450-£500)
Did a good job of getting my car back in the road, plus bonus points for answering questions, being open at 8am compared to other garages at 8:30pm
According to several friends & now my own experience: seem like genuine mechanics that aren’t going to rip you off and add insane extra unnecessary prices etc
