We bought a car from another garage that had a problem. This was agreed to be fixed under warranty. The garage recommended we use calne save on tyres as they will accept the warranty agreement and undertake the work. What an absolute load of rubbish. Our car has been sat idle since February whilst we waited for the garage to inform us of when they would fix our car. Today we find out from the warranty company he hasn't even phoned them. I phoned him whilst on the phone to warranty company so they could hear his lies and lame excuses. Do not trust them they are shoddy and unprofessional. He knew we had a point as he hung up on me!! Would not recommend and if I could I would give them minus stars!!
Terrible.. drove my van into this place wanting a minor repair done.. and once time to collect van was spewing oil out from the ‘repaired area’ so I returned the vehicle to get fixed and after that it wouldn’t start nor drive. Still took my money from me. Would never go here again. Ended up £300 out of a pocket as well as having a none useable van.
My partner took her car here to have a slow puncture looked at. Even though she indicated to them which tyre the problem was with they said it would cost £100 to take all four wheels off. Thankfully they couldn't find the locking wheel nut so nothing was done. Do not trust these people.

Very helpful, polite and professional. I have previously serviced my car and van here with outstanding service and reasonably priced. I have recently had a problem fixed on my van that other garages failed to identify and fix. Great communication, really happy with the service, highly recommended.
