Absolutely Loved it! Caravan was spotless and really modernised beautifully, everyone in the restaurant went above and beyond, So so friendly and welcoming, Lady restaurant manager was brilliant and really informative on the area, Waiting staff again so down to earth and lovely, Food was great too!
Really clean and tidy holiday park, Swimming pools were clean and baby pool lovely and warm.
My little boy had a brill time and we wished we had booked for longer to be honest, Will 100% be back next year at least a couple of times! Thank you all for a really great trip, You all do an amazing job!
It was a small place but it was beautiful and cozy the only downside is that once the hall way is very crammed
Excellent stay again. We have been 3 times now and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Lovely well equipped van, very spacious, very clean and 5 minutes from the beach and local bakery.

I had a private owned caravan on this park which was lovely. There is a club room for evening entertainment. They have a mini golf. And a play area plus a swimming pool. Mini supermarket. About ten mins walk to the beach depending how fast you walk. Just over the road from the main entrance there is a small amusement arcade with prize bingo. Next door is a Chinese takeaway (they didn't do deliveries when I was there). Over all a nice camp site about 15min to Great Yarmouth and the same to Hemsby.
A lovely place. Plenty of activities and great facilities on site. Caravans spotlessly clean. A lovely safe park on site plus arcades. The boathouse us amazing. The food is so nice and all staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is to much trouble for them to do. They're always there to help. Shop on site isn't expensive like on some other sites. Loads to do in the area. And less than t min walk yo a beautiful beach. On site laundrette and chippy. Then right Opposite the site is bebe raes and pink palace arcade. I would highly recommend it here. We have booked twice for this year.
Caravan was good, park had elements on site but I think some Investment is required in the park - need actual parking next to the caravans because when it rains the grass turns turns to marsh land and some more lighting would be good. Only other gripe ok it was end of season and the workmen were getting things sorted but started doing a task then left them - caravans in the middle of the road and on one night there was a caravan on the grass that looked very precariously in my opinion way it was sloping. I'd recommend the Haven sites as first option purely because they have more on site, feel homely the way they have the park laid out and they nail the parking / lighting - something Park Dean could become with a overhaul.
Paid for a sea view carvan and when I arrived the woman was giving out the keys and info packs to other ppl but she told me to wait .
When she bothered to talk to me she told me the carvan was not ready and to come back later so I left .
I returned some hours later and she gave me the keys and directed me to the rear of the site to an old carvan which smelled and no one else was around..
Didn't say nothing as I got the idea why I and my family were treated this way and I won't be coming back .
We come to Jane's van at least once a year for the past three years. Can't fault it. Dogs love it. Everything u want from a caravan and more.
