Absolutely disgusted with this chip shop. Staying at calafornia cliffs in scratby. Don't go there. We had 3x small cod and 3x reg chips. The cod with life a fish finger on steroids. About 2 mouthfuls of fish. Chips were such a small portion. You get more volume at mcdonalds. Returned as it was inedible. Do not go at any cost.
Staff were very helpful and not to blame. The higher management is to blame for instructing the staff to serve such appalling food to their customers
Had fish and chips that cost around £7 but well worth it. Could have fed 2 adults with it.

Perfect little fish and chip shop on site. Does the traditional stuff and not things like burgers or kebabs like some people may expect from take away shops. Has a small kids menu whichbis great. Clean and has two tables with chairs if you want to eat in.
Awful experience. Over priced , frozen cheap chips , frozen fish with no taste and rubbery with batter that looked like it had been on the fire . Tinned mushy peas and battered sausages not any better burnt and tasteless. Can’t believe how much we’ve just paid for the worst meal ever . All of the children refused to eat it as tasted so bad so ended up cooking anyway! 100% would not recommend .
Overall this was disappointing. Fish quality was fine but far too small to be called a 'large'. Chips quantity was good but seems to be out of packet and fried instead of being freshly cut. Could definitely tell the difference. Too expensive for what it was. Staff were friendly.
Tasteless fish& made to feel like your are an inconvenience. Asked for fish & chips and was met by the least friendly person serving us he told us nothing was cooked fresh and everything was reheated on site. Apparently the manger leaves at 9 and after that it’s a free for all.
Oh my goodness avoid this place completely. Not only overpriced but undercooked!!! Something as simple as a portion of chips were not even fried properly. Utterly disgusting, don't waste your money.
Possibly the worst fish and chips I have ever had, no cod so serving pollock but same price? Ordered a large chips which was very small, my friend ordered regular chips and they were in the same tray and exactly the same size. Pretty sure the chips were frozen also. Only thing we enjoyed was the curry sauce!
